- Its time to get the new to me engine ready to go in the rover so I asked my boy to give me a hand. There were a few weird solutions I had to come up with to adapt new tech to this old car and we go over the first few of them in this video

Another dad here! Just had to say the lil man helping absolutely makes the content so much more relatable; my kids are always trying to help with my project car too 😂
Good one buddy. I'd love to build an engine. I still haven't done that.
I used to love helping my dad with his cars. He would do science things too, like setting fire to petrol that he poured onto a puddle of water. Not just showing me petrol floated but water didn't put it out. as well as showing it was the fumes on fire not the liquid.
Keep up the great work, it will stick with your kids as it did with me. 👍👍
As a father of three whos kids are growing up too fast i really like that you are including your kid to help you. Keep up the good work.
Good to see you back consistently bro! And doing some engine building is a huge step
I'm excited to see how this plays out. Aren't you glad you had a patent little helper.
Your son helping you,is so amazing!!!
Latex glove manufactures must be making a fortune with everyone on all the automotive channels wearing gloves
“My hands are dirty already, by the way.” Priceless.
Love him setting his items on his work table. Yes, he has patience…but yours is amazing. “Oh, gaskets!”
Kaleb possessing the MOST dad-patience ever!
Your boy has grown so much! I’m so glad to see you two having fun together!
You COULD fix the Rover OR, with five drive modes, the Nissan Rogue would be a much better choice.
Seriously though, that kid is growing fast!
🎉 what an awesome video😊
One day I'll be doing this
Don't forget to film it for us!
Good dad right there! FYI, get a Petronix Flame Thrower (P/N 175510) for that truck, it eliminates the amplifier on the side of it. The amps are prone to failure and it gets rid of one more Lucas problem. The Davis Unified Ignition unit is nice but its double the price and just don't see where it goes power wise.
Great video. Awesome to be working on it with your son.
I need to inspire my boys to get out in the garage and help me from time to time 😅
Happy New year to you and yours and the rest of the viewer's.
God bless you and best wishes from the North West of England
Jay 🙏🏴❤🇺🇸
Looking forward to the next one.
Well thats just an awesome video, I just stumbled upon your page today because of the old datsun content, caught up on a little bit of your backstory and ill be sticking around for the new content. Nice job man
Aren’t you supposed to soak your lifters in oil set up a fill up they’re hydraulic birthday what’s the weather soak with boil so they fill before you put them in
Bro a Cam that only last 89K miles????
Did you run the outer 4 head bolts? Not recommended as it can ‘rock’ the heads and blow the gasket on the top side. Later model heads deleted the outer 4 bolts. Hence the earlier 14 bolts heads and later 10 bolt heads.
what is going on with the FATSUN?
I believe he said in another video that he gave it to Chase
