Connecting Zmodo 1080p Wireless Outdoor Home Security Camera to Zmodo App for model number SD-H1080P-Z , and ZP-IBH23-W
1) Screw in the antenna to the 1080 Zmodo Camera
2) Plug the Zmodo camera to the electricity (Power on)
3) Wait until the green led in Zmodo camera start blinking (ready to connect to APP)
4) Launch the Zmodo app from your mobile device (these kind of camera are not compatible with NVR or DVR set up, only to be set up with mobile app)
5) On the top right side of the Zmodo app, please select the (Plus +) sign to add a device
6) Please select the first selection on the top (QR Code)
7) Select Next to connect only with a 2.4 GHZ WIFI network. (it will not work with any other WIFI networks).
8) Select Next and enter the WIFI network password
9) When the QR code appears on your phone, point the Zmodo camera to the QR code displayed on your phone and keep it at 8 inches far from the phone screen. ( Do not point your phone camera to the Zmodo camera, this is not how to set it up but rather point the Zmodo camera to the QR code on your phone screen.
10) After a minute or two the Zmodo app will announce it is now connected to the Zmodo 1080 camera and it will say (Congratulation Camera Connected)
11) Name the Camera your adding and enter a password then select Next
12) You can choose a cloud subscription for your Zmodo 1080 camera or decline it.
Done, your Zmodo 1080 camera has been added to your Zmodo app.
