Pretty much the same build I use, a few things I would like to mention though. Keep an eye on the TP since a lot of the time you can find decent gear in the 680s-690s for cheap, possibly cheaper than faction(I don't recall faction price as I never use faction gear). I will advocate for healing breese like some have mentioned, as a healer your primary job as a healer is to heal so over healing is better than under healing, I still do very good damage with my setup. Also since you have to unlock Elysian for the pants you might as well grab Life Taker until you decide to use something else.

This perk is not mandatory for pve, I will say its a bad idea especially if u wanna take aggro when runing inbetween pack (like regenerating on earing, what a mess)
Yeah, it definitely has way more utility and damage output for the group but play what you want! It's not like it's going to make or break your M1... maybe M2 🤔
I would argue it gives great advice for beginners to know what to shoot for for end game build-wise. Plus the weapon skills and even perks are fine for leveling as well, although id max intelligence and re-roll to focus for dungeons.
This made me puke in my mouth. What level mutation are you doing if your DPS can’t DPS? Mutation 1 only? and your DPS isn’t good if you are dead on the ground because you aren’t healing your measly 8k hp pool.

Unless you're in a good group full AOE healing builds are a nightmare. Most players are incapable of keeping themselves up.

This only works if you have decent players and are not so squishy.. otherwise I'd focus more on healing more than dishing out dps.

Azoth crystal gears always have the 3 same perks? Isn't health random?
And does it drop from M2 exp or do we always need to craft it?
Azoth crystal has refreshing and enchanted ward , and one random
Sorry, yes, getting health is random. Although I've only ever got Health as a 3rd perk.. maybe I'm just lucky
