The teather skill needs a 3m dot while it’s up for like 40% weapon damage for the duration from the target shit sucks

The Apex weapon section is not showing for me (I crafted the 710 version). Are there other pre-requisites? I didn’t finish the main quest yet for example.

I'm still working through the main story quest (up to Brimstone Sands now) so still have a while to go, but thanks for the video, it is very useful to know where to get gear from when I need it.

Also all of the side quests in CK are repeatable dailies and reward 35 doubloons each (except for 2 that take you into the FFA that reward 45 doubloons). So players who may not want to go into the FFA zone or just need a few extra doubloons can solo farm doubloons. Every single chest/cache etc. I looted while doing these dailies dropped at least 1 doubloon, larger ones usually 7. So once I had done all the PvE dailies I ended up with enough doubloons to get Living Mind. Obviously it is much slower then doing an ECR or going into FFA but it's still an option for peeps. :)

Thank you so much for sharing these settings, i was struggling with these new settings and spent a lot of time to make it work and it still didn't work for me as it should. The only issue I have now is - if i have the targeted healing on, which setting do i need to be able to cast the sacred ground freely, for example in opr i want to cast sacred ground on the gate before my team member gets there, how do i switch out of the target to let me free cast?
