Thanks for the video your the first person to show where to get power from for the halos. My lights didn’t come with instructions lol everyone skips where to get power for the halo rings
@@JohnJohn-vv2vq Thanks! Great question too! Mine is not connected to blink with the turn signals. I have mine connected to the parking/headlight switch. However, you can tap in and connect them to the side blinker wires to achieve this or both blinker and parking light wire. You may need a flasher wire for LED, just depends on the LED blinking load. But try it, if it doesn’t work at the in-line flasher, you can buy them at Oreillys in the light aisle. Please Subscribe and click Bell. Hi Jeff, the led headlights are still doing what they’re designed to do with No issues currently. A large quantity of auto parts are from China and work just fine here in U.S. Quality control can be “so-so” on half of it. If u want to save a buck and take a risk then these will do just fine. Thanks for watching.
LED Technology is far better that these old style bulbs. Point of origin aside, the longevity of and light output without creating heat is why we're moving away from the older style. The heat put off by the older bulbs wear down the surrounding wires faster and that just makes a fire even more liable to happen. It happened in my 77 f100 and my dashcluster caught fire. I know a lot of electronics and appliances these days are made with planned obsolescence but there have still been leaps and bounds made on technology that car enthusiasts should take advantage of it. These electrical systems are pushing 40-50 years old these days, we should improve them, not take unnecessary risks for the sake of factory standard back then.
I agree amber looks cool. I want some of these on my 65 impala
