      No that's not why they drove to Portland Maine for. I actually provided an answer in one of my very lengthy films on my channel if you take a look 'INSIDE JOB - BOSTON LOGAN 9/11: Cover-ups, Aborted Hijackings & Expositions [DOCUMENTARY - 2021]' the reason why they went up there was to rendezvous with whole other teams of hijackers who had come late minute through the Canadian border. Some of them even came in by ferry boat from Nova Scotia.The point you have to understand is that there were more targeted flights than just flights 11 and 175.

    • @neilm2794
      @neilm2794 Месяц назад +14

      @@johnp139 it wasn’t poor planning. The airline had in fact recently put in a procedure where passengers could bypass security by doing what Atta did. The agent didn’t follow procedures because he was suspicious of Atta and refused to let him bypass security when changing airlines. Atta argued with him until the agent told him “Mr. Atta, if you don’t want to miss your next flight, you’d better leave”. The agent didn’t automatically think Atta was a terrorist - when a coworker told him which flight had crashed, he said he felt awful for those two guys, until it became apparent it was a terrorist act.

    1. Atta did in fact want to pass through a more ‘lax’ security checkpoint, that it being in a smaller state. Although, no other hijackers had connecting flights that day but these 2.
    2. Atta wanted to see the skies one last time before he hijacked the next plane. I’m sure he was excited seeing there were no clouds.

      Ok I might get ALOT of hate for this but please hear me out.
      I’m gonna start by saying this, at this point we all know 9/11 was an inside job.
      With that being said, let’s look at the facts. Osama bin Laden was funded by the CIA and trained with us for his role in the afghan soviet war. That makes him a CIA informant at that point. The “flight school” that the alleged hijackers trained at is affiliated with the CIA. The owner is know to have CIA ties, this is easily accessible information by the way so feel free to look it up. With those 2 facts right there that leads me to believe that the CIA approached bin Laden with the plan to use him as a scapegoat to go to war in the Middle East as a guise to steal the lands resources and put American puppets in those governments. It’s a know fact today that our government had a master plan to bring down every government in the Middle East and replace their leaders with American backed ones. Sudan , Libya, Iraq and Afghanistan all fell due to the USA. The only one still up is Iran because they didn’t back down. I think bin Laden is still alive and probably had nothing to do with 9/11. I bet the CIA gave him a new identity and told him to kick rocks somewhere. We never saw his body , we never saw his burial. All we know is that they dumped his body in the sea. Something far more sinister is going on behind the scenes and it’s becoming more and more prevalent as the years go by.

    I've wondered whether the terrorists checked luggage. If they checked luggage, there might have been things that they could do that would make their luggage a little more flammable than regular luggage. I don't know whether the effect could be enough to change anything, but maybe they had things that might make their suitcases burn a little hotter.
    I'm still amazed that people didn't fight back on all of the planes. I know that the terrorists claimed that they had bombs, but being on a hijacked plane has always been a death sentence for at least some of the hostages. If they only weapons that could be absolutely identified were box cutters, I'm surprised that no one fought back in the moments when they killed the first flight attendants.

      the lack of fighting back was likely due to the fact that like you said they claimed to have a bomb but also pre 911 the attitude toward plane highjacking was to comply and the highjackers' demands would be met and just about everyone would be set free at the end especially if you provided no resistance. This was initially true for United Flight 93 but once the passengers realized that the other planes had been crashed and that it was likely a suicide mission they tried to take back control of the plane.
