- Adam LZ got his new 992 Touring and you guessed it, it was swirled up big time, even with just 500 miles on it. So instead of polishing my own janked up Touring, I took time to help get Adam's dialed in.

Foaming surface wash is a pre-wash soap that's meant to dwell. It's supposed to remove traffic film before a contact wash or to do a no contact wash. It's not meant strip protection
Huh? Matt has a strip wash that can be applied by foaming.
It didn't arrive in time to use it. We used OG Decon soap.

Tell us how you feel about the Griots DA polisher.
I think it's the best entry level polisher. I wouldn't use it at this point in my life, but I think its the way to enter into polishing.
I was looking at your online OG store today. Is there a reason why you sell:
- EGO leaf blowers as opposed to Milwaukee?
- Don't sell other Koch- Chemie chems?
- Don't sell an OG compound, polish or tire dressing?
Maybe you're focusing more now on garage designs or mechanical tools these days. Just curious. Thank you sir.
His page/store is focused on curated process, he take what is best to eliminate the guessing. Few clicks and you are set.
The EGO blower is much better than any of the Milwaukee’s. I only sell the Koche Chemie stuff that is best in a class. I have two compounds and tire dressing in the store.

At 38.52 Matt, is that really true what you said about getting the torque wrong if you hold the torque wrench 1 inch (or x inch)down the shaft? I think you’re wrong. It does’nt matter.
If you hold the shaft x-inch down from the handle you just have to apply more force to get the same torque.
The formula is: Applied Force (mass) multiplied by the Distance away from the rotational axis (center of the socket in this case). If you, as an example, halve the distance (x inch down the shaft) and double the force you achive exactly the same torque.
But ok, Your statement was partially true with the old style torque wrenches with a pin gauge where shaft bending in rare cases (very long shafts) was a factor if force was applied down the shaft.
I had a calibration truck come by to calibrate my tools. There was a 10% difference when we put the force applicator bar 1" down the handle.
A 10% difference in what? Force to get the same torque? If it was x% (10%) more force to get the same torque you just proved me right. Also if you applied THE SAME force, just x inches down the shaft and you got a lower torque you also proved me right. The measurement mechanism in a torque wrench does not know where on the shaft you’re holding your hand, and it doesn’t care either. Applied force multiplied by the distance from the rotational axis. Double the force and halve the distance and you get the same torque. Simple as that.
That aside, I like your channel so keep up the good work!

wait a minute i dont get it.. how does a brand new car.. first layer of paint by factory have swirl mark already? is that even possible, if it is porsche needs to retrain that guy. doesn't the porsche go down like a 20 stage assembly line how did they miss swirl marks or did u guys swirl it up for a RUclips video.. lol
you know how many hands touch the car during the build, ship, and dealership process? it gets wiped down a fair amount and thats how it starts.

The only people that think this is a track car don't and likely never will have one. If you were fortunate to ever get one, you'd very likely want to to care of it.
