matt said that griots fast correcting cream dont dust and they pan to a shot of the windows covered in the dust lol. my experience, and ive used many brands over the years, all compounds and polishes will dust to a certain degree unless you dont give them time to break down and do their jobs. but there are a couple that dust very little and those are koch chemie and optimum hyper polish and compound which are sprayable.
Question for the obsessed guys. I understand using the da buffer for the first cut since you want to remove more material but why not switch to using a rotary for the finishing passes with your polish to get that better shine from the rotary? I know most people say you get swirls but I’ve been in the paint world for about 5 years and I’ve never left swirls with rotary

I personally like the houndstooth and think it adds a nice contrast but if it’s a stock option, maybe change it to set the car apart.

Love the GT3 Man! Super Jealous. I’m an FL local, been on the hunt for a GT3 for 2 years and have yet to find a dealer willing to give me an allocation at MSRP. It kills me thinking I worked so hard to be able to have the funds to buy the car yet the flipping culture has made it impossible. I had a 2020C4S and a GT3/GT3RS will always be my dream. I hope one day a dealer gives me a shot.
I know you're saying this is just an interim car, but I actually like it more than both the orange and the purple GT3s. It has a nice look and the colors are a good combo. I'd actually leave it slumpbutt too, preferably not having the duckbill thing go up, because I think it gives it that japanese type of contrarianism they always do with their porsches. It's the type of car I could see getting slammed and RWB'd, but the even more contrarian/nontraditional wingless style.
Not gonna lie. At first, I was disgusted by the slump butt. But after seeing the roller with the wing up I think I love it! The sleeper look is always good though
What a morroon for cutting the gas cap string, there's a slot in the painted lid that holds the cap perfectly, so it never falls on the paint unless you drop it 😠 just use it how it's designed

I’m excited to see what Matt Armstrong does with your purple one, understand why you let it go and didn’t want to repair it yourself I’ve been in enough accidents myself to know that even it’s repaired 100% it’s very likely you got behind the wheel you’d be reminded of that day, and who would want that. So good call Adam.
I need to see you put on the non-touring GT3 swan tail on the touring because I want to do the same thing to my Touring. Only thing I’m worried about is essentially removing the air brake by doing that.

The Porsche gas lid doesn't have the little hook for some reason. I guess they just expect you to let it hang on the paint.
