Matty.... You still wipe the surface dry with rinseless. Gotta be careful too with N914 and very hard water, it doesn't prevent water spots the way that polymer rinseless products do. I had to polish my doors last year after some mirror drips left water spots that I couldn't remove. If you have very hard water, i would only mix it with distilled or DI water. ONR (pure polymer), P&S Absolute (polymer with anionic surfactant) and DIY Detail Rinseless (surfactant and polymer) are all much better at preventing water spots. I also mix all my rinseless/waterless/clay dilutions in one gallon increments. You can still use the pro-blend, but it's easier to just measure out half an ounce per gallon (256:1) or one ounce per gallon (128:1) instead of trying to do the math and measure small amounts. Just mix it up in the bucket and then dunk the bottle in to fill.

Matt, I use basically only rinseless. You need either a detail keg with some pressure or rinse the car prior. Since everything is coated, use an apc on the whole car quickly, prior to rinsing, then pull in the garage and begin your wash. Super easy, with great results saving tons of time.
If your going to use a pressure washer to rinse the car. What's the benefit of doing a Rinseless after? Why not just use a Rinseless as a replacement for soap and then rinse after agitating the dirt. Rather than than dry the car with the dirt still on the paint as you would with a typical Rinseless

I've been strictly a rinseless wash guy through the week and a soap guy on the weekends. I can have my daily driver done in 15 minutes and it's easier to maintain the car without all the build up when it comes time to do a foam bath. I typically prefill a few gallon jugs for the Marolex 3L sprayer and either use the Ultra Black Sponge to avoid laundry from using towels. Sometimes I may use Eagle 350s in a bucket too depending on the level of dirtiness. Your package makes sense for road trips and car shows because the Pluffle is the perfect all purpose towel to have in the car bag!
I use the waterless method, using ONR, but at the rinseless dilution (256:1). I follow up using the same "waterless" (spray & wipe) process.....using demineralised water - i.e - a "rinse" to get rid of the small amount of streaking. I like this rinse technique because I can use virtually no pressure, and no "buffing" per se - the water does the work, not dry buffing. Liberal sprays of water & GENTLE wiping is also a great way to leave a streak free finish on the glass. The main reasons I use demineralised water are: a) so I don't have to worry about overspray on panels I've already finished, b) I don't have to completely dry Note: i have a black car. In the past, on light coloured cars, I noticed that the "rinsing" step wasn't required on the paint. Another thing: I've noticed that plain water (with very gentle wiping - practically no pressure) is sufficient to remove fingerprints. No "quick detailer" stuff required. Dry buffing with pressure also works, but there's an increased risk of swirls (IMHO)
So I have access to lab grade DI water at the winery, so I mix all my products with distilled water. The only problem I noticed with N914 is, if you have hard water, it’s not able to soften the water per-say like ONR I’ve noticed.
You should try putting your two wash processes together. So like pre-wash the car with touchless then pull the car into the garage and do a rinseless wash. You get the safety of a rinseless wash while also removing a ton of dirt beforehand with the pre-wash. Also saves a ton of time!
