idea is very imprasive but Do not charge properly and over charge with out Bms very risk so pls add Bms . And 4v led strip other side 2.2 ohm 1/2 watt registor add then 5v input mobile charger/powerbank very long lasting use. Thanku ❤

@Satyajit, This vdo is made by an amateur roadside unskilled professional. Your observation and suggestion is right. But I wish to add. Though adding a current limiting resistance will drop required voltage to high charging @ 0.5 amp or more, at less than 4 volt, but when the Lion cell is almost full charged, the charge current will drop down and so will be the voltage across the resistance. This will expose the Lion cell to high unsafe voltage exceeding 4.4 volt, causing failure of the Lion cell. Its better to use one or two diodes in series with the charger to allow only 4 volt to the cell and BMS can be avoided. The 4Volt LED strips are provided with limiting resistances, so need for additional current limiting resistance as suggested by you is unwarranted. Viewers who will risk constructing this illogical project will end up with a loss of double Lion cells and burnt LED strip because of the supply of higher voltage to it.
