I admit what they said about someone who loves to laugh and using that as a mask was definetly me and still am some days. Been married for 7 years to someone who is not a Christian and i tell you all. Please seek the lord first... I struggled to find myself even to this day i guess thats what led me to marry him.. and dont ever think you can convert someone to your Christianity. Quite tight outfit for a church isn't it? In my country this kind of outfit wouldn't be allowed in the church but I guess in American evangelical culture, even reformed ones, everything goes
Modesty is no more in the evangelical and/or reformed church. Separation from the world in dress is thought to be some hold over from the troglodytes of fundamentalism. Jeggings or leggings are now de rigueur for the hip pastor's wife and women on the worship team. And he's always wearing skinny jeans. It's pathetic this attempt to look "young." I can't get over this obsession with looking like an eighth-grader. He's not the only one. Most of these "preachers" dress like they never grew up. Stop trying to be down with the dudes and dudesses. Put on a suit and preach.
