    Thank you so much for this. I grew up in Columbia City in the 50's. Left in 1967 for CA. So much has changed. I would not have recognized it.

    I heard from a friend that the Rhododendron walk near the arboretum/botanical gardens is amazing. Please do this one!

    i remember about 5 years or so ago the news said Anchorage Alaska was the most dangerous city in American 0_o i thought it was funny i could walk down the street with my young son and not even worry, [ during the day that is ]

    Magic Johnson co-opened 1st StarBucks in Columbia city 5 minutes drive to Seward Park neighborhood on the lake where million dollar listing houses are endless...can even see Bill Gates house across the lake. Interesting area that i’ve missed a lot

    Grew up around the neighborhood, back then it was still ghetto but bunch of businesses still thriving minus graffitis. Damn, i can see zombies coming out at night just like movie

      Black owned establishments. I remember them well. Democrats helped them out. (of business)
