Another solid presentation Dr Mike. As always. Although it could benefit from timestamps. I appreciate the information. Sidenote: Loving the new haircut

Dr. James, I seriously appreciate you putting out this lecture for free. Hypertrophy training can be complicated enough as the other 30 some-odd videos preceding this one have proven, so combining it with other modalities that are just as complicated can become a mess. Thanks for demystifying this process with the practical takeaways in this video.

Balance between karate and hypertrophy training has been a lot of trial and study.
I appreciate the work that you all do. It has helped a lot in understanding how to have a balance of both.

Come on Doc, just give us what we want. How do we get as jacked as Vegeta but also become the best fighter in the universe.

Watching that NFL GIF, one similarity between athletic sports and body building becomes incredibly clear...the right angle is key.

Range of motion is a thing too, I.e. quarter / half squats for sprinting.

Lots of useful information for a personal trainer like me, but this fellow is a bit long-winded. Oy
