Hypertrophy training can be complicated enough as the other 30 some-odd videos preceding this one have proven, so combining it with other modalities that are just as complicated can become a mess. Balance between karate and hypertrophy training has been a lot of trial and study. I appreciate the work that you all do. It has helped a lot in understanding how to have a balance of both.
