Après le bac, j'avais fini par offrir à toute l'équipe du self, des porte-clé en forme de poissons articulés imprimé en 3D. Ça les avaient tous émus et le sous-chef qui partait à la retraite ça l'avait fait pleurer 🌹🥲. Que de bonnes émotions en ce lieu. Merci infiniment !
La salade c'est toute l'année et de saison tant que c'est pas un tunnel chauffer. C'est une des rares plantes qu'on peut consommer toute l'année avec les choux les poireaux les radis... Faut jouer avec différentes variétés c'est tout. Certaine supportent mieux le froid, d'autre les grosse chaleur...

Certains choux peuvent se semer à deux périodes, Pour les plus classiques et faciles à trouver Le choux cœur de bœuf, se sème de mi août à septembre et repiquage en octobre, pour une récolte au printemps. Il se sème aussi en février repiquage en mars pour une récolte en début d'été. Les choux quintal d'Alsace et le rouge tête de nègre (c'est pas moi qui ai donner les nom 😂) se sèment au printemps, avril à fin mai, repiquage en juin juillet pour une récolte en automne, début d'hiver. Les choux de Milan pontoise et roi de l'hiver, semis au printemps (avril mai) repiquage en juin juillet et récolte tout l'hiver à partir de décembre janvier jusqu'à mars (très résistant au froid) Il y a aussi des choux très precoce, comme le rouge ruffus, semis au printemps (avril mai) et récolte en juillet août. Avec ça, tout les choux de bruxelles pour l'hiver, les choux fleur d'été et d'automne, les choux frisée "kale"... En espérant t'avoir aidé. Je ne t'ai énoncé que les variété les plus faciles à trouver, du moin chez moi. Mais sur internet tu pourras en trouver des dizaines d'autres. Sur des site comme kokopelli ou graine del païs.
Pour la salade j'en ai encore dans ma serre, tout dépend de la sorte de salade certaines sont plus adaptée l'hiver. Tant que la serre n'est pas chauffée pour moi c'est considéré comme de saison. Sinon tu as la mache et la roquette qui tient mieux le froid aussi :)
Sinon, je te propose un concept : Propose à un prof de physique/chimie de faire des vidéos avec toi, tu explique comment cuisiner, il explique la chimie de ta "cuisine" :)
Pour 50litres d'eau il faut 3cl (5cts) de chlore contre 26cl (45cts) de vinaigre blanc c'est certes plus cher mais bien meilleur pour la santé et n'oublions pas que la réaction avec la terre et le chlore produit des réactions cancérigènes. C'est d'ailleurs la raison pour laquelle il est préférable d'acheter sa salade fraiche et pas encore lavée. C'est mon avis mais ça me choqueras toujours, utiliser du chlore sur des aliments alors que c'est toxique, alors oui les doses sont petites mais ça reste toxique peu importe si c'est " supporté " par le corps humain.

J'ai toujours considéré la cantine de mon collège comme étant infecte simplement par préjugé et je n'y ai surtout mangé que du pain et des fruits. ce n'est qu'en allant y effectuer un dépannage électrique quelques 3 ans plus tard avec un maitre de stage que j'ai pris conscience de ce qu'on y trouvait comme matériel et que ce qui était situé dans la chambre froide n'était pas différent voire carrément plus qualitatif que ce que je mangeais a la maison. Tout était nickel chrome, limite c'est moi qui salissait avec ma tenue pleine de ciment. Clairement on était absolument pas a plaindre. Quand je pense qu'il m'aurait suffit de visiter les cuisines.
Comme salade "de saison" sinon tu as la scarole et la frisée, mais c'est sans doute un peu plus cher. Elles ont tendance à être un peu plus amères que celles que tu as citées, donc à voir si c'est un bon choix en restauration collective.
En même temps, c'est quoi le problème avec la chenille ? ça fait des protéines c'est très bon, et puis on est sur de quoi s'est nourri la chenille, rien que de la bonne salade :) c'est un "cercle vertueux"

It stays vibrant, fresh, and revolutionizes the art of storytelling and filmmaking while making a damn of statement on what it means to be human. Entertaining, gripping, and simply exhilarating. This might be the most impactful piece of art I’ve come across in my life, and I’m definitely coming back to it in the near future to study it more deeply. this is an absolute masterpiece , I was brought to tears listening to this and seeing the bacon go whirly swirly in a circle countless times. it absolutely moved my soul , and I don't think I can ever be the same. this bacon has changed my entire mental state , I am now at peace with who I am and what I will be doing later in my life. So much great graphic design, so much suspense, so much greatness in this one video. i have forgiven all my enemies and now I am a man of a pacifist life. I will move on , gotta move on , as the song says. the bacon is so inspirational , it shares it vast wisdom with all of us , and we are all so lucky that it would bestow it's great words with us. we are all children on bacon. hail bacon. hail bacon. The spinning bacon, rotating in one direction with this music... This made me tear up. How could such a bacon do such a thing? I'm struck by awe by this masterpiece. Especially when the bacon spins, showing its lightly salt covered tan skin. I can hear the crunch just from here, and so as the beautiful sound of the bacon scraping the dark, smooth velvet floor. The flavor, music and everything can be heard, tasted, seen and felt from a screen. You can really hear the breaths between the music artist, empathizing her love for this rotating bacon. Truly what I call modern art. This was the most legendary performance by any bacon I have ever watched. The acting was top tier and very life changing. This is one of the greatest work from a piece of bacon I have ever seen especially on 57:42. I am crying. This has made me go through an emotional rollercoaster. I cried, beat off, and also watched a movie while watching this premiere. This has made me go through so much. I passed depression because of this. It really inspired me to become an outstanding young man. Thank you.
