You can tell TRUE fans of the comics voted for this list. Not the movies goers who have never touched a comic in their lives! Great job Dante!

This list brings tears of joy to my eyes and has ignited the such a feeling of nostalgia for me. I started reading and collecting comics in the 70s and have read most of these. I cannot believe how much time has passed and how much this company has developed. I will remember many of these stories until the day I die. Thank you for making this!

I'm an 80s comic book kid! I remember devouring Daredevil like it was a meat lovers pizza. I read my issues so many time I had to pick up new copies years later. But despite my love for Miller's Daredevil, I can't argue with the #1. I feel like Immortal Hulk should be on this list too.

I believe they are planning to bring the Avengers back for a Secret Wars movie event - I met Jim Shooter last year and he told me Marvel paid him 10K simply to release the rights (work for hire) to them. Hmmmm. Nice video!

Kraven's Last Hunt was a storyline that really changed how I looked at comics when I was aa kid. I was about 14 or 15, and had been into comics for about 2 or 3 years. After reading the entire storyline through all three Spider-Man titles, I realized that comics were a storytelling medium not just limited to fun superhero stories for kids and teens, but went deep into real mature and dark issues.

Exactly! Funny that at around the same time we got Peter Porker the Spectacular Soider Ham lmao I totally agree with you about Kraven’s Last Hunt and I love tastefully done it was.. De Matteis to this day is one of my favourite comic writers!

Another great video with quality content, Dante. Thanks for doing this one. I can't agree with some of the stories on this list, but many of them are worthy. The death of Gwen Stacy would be top ten for Spidey stories, but since this is *Marvel* stories, I don't think it belongs at number one (though it would still make the list). Civil War is way too high for me as well, though I'm sure it's due to the MCU for the most part. I think first appearances for Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, and Cap all belong, since those characters have been integral to many of the most impactful stories since they were introduced. Didn't read "Nextwave", but it's hard to imagine it's one of the top 75 of Marvel history. I'd put the Exiles run ahead of that for sure. Aaron's "Godkiller" storyline was good, but I didn't care for the rest of his run on Thor. In contrast, completely agree with you and many others that Simonson's run on that book has yet to be eclipsed to this day. AvX was not that great of a story in the end. Many times characters acted against established personalities for the character and the whole thing felt forced to me. I love Iron Man (he's my favorite character), but "Extremis" would not make the list for me. "Demon in a Bottle" would likely take its place. Likewise, I'd replace "X-men: Fatal Attractions" with "X-men: Mutant Massacre". How did "Infinity Gauntlet" not make this list?? My list doesn't include World War Hulk or Planet Hulk either. Hawkeye is out. I'd add the entire Whedon run on "Astonishing X-men" there somewhere. "Winter Soldier: Winter Kills" makes my list too. Such a poignant story. Totally agree with "Alpha Flight: Vol 1" making the list and glad to see it on there. Loved those stories when they came out. "Avengers: Under Siege" is still my favorite Avengers story arc to this day. Great, classic story with beautiful art. I could go on and on, but think I'll stop here. Thanks again, my friend!

Thank you for watching my friend!!! I really appreciate your thoughts. I actually really agree with you on a lot of your observations especially with respect to demon in a bottle. Yeah I feel a lot of these were votes because of the nascent MCU at the time. I’m sure if this vote were taken today, we would get Infinity Gauntlet for sure. Really appreciate your support as always!

Hey Dante I enjoyed the list. I have a few of those books on the list. I would have thought that there would have been more milestone issues on the list like Daredevil 158 or X-Men 137 too many modern issues

Yes, I finally finished the list! Completely agree with #1! It's incredibly memorable! Not a fan of Civil War either. I have no idea why it was hyped but I enjoyed the Secret Invasion arc it created at the end. I am surprised no What If's, 2099, nor Amazing Fantasy #15 made the list! Shocking!

The number 5 on this list is my number 1 LOL Awesome list, except I could do without NM 98. Don't know why people love that book so much. I get it 's the first deadpool, but come one, deadpool is a rip off of deathstroke and Liefeld's work on that comic was not the best. I prefer NM 87 to 98. Oh well, Nice list overall though Dante!

@@Dante19883 I bought it in 1974 when I was seven years old. It floated around the house for a few years and was likely thrown out at some point. Most people considered comics disposable back then. I wish I had even half the comics I ever bought.

Hi geekery with dante d , I have a question. Is the wonder woman from the DC comics currently a virgin after the new 52, from death metal and the dark crisis, is the current wonder woman a virgin, has her virginity been restored? If you answer me, I would really appreciate it.

Ultimates one volume one is actually pretty good the first 13 issues I actually liked the ultimate universe the early stuff they really had it going on remember the ads in the comics that said the ultimate universe the gold standard of comic books they were really going with that being the focus of the marvel universe I read somewhere one time that had it kept being so successful they was considering making that the main marvel universe like having a reboot and turning into that being the main universe but it never happened because they got really stupid after that and made ultimatum LOL maybe the worst event comic ever
