One hr is super reasonable. Lift company's I have worked for in the past gave 30min pm's. which if everyone who has ever done a pm knows real life scenario that 15min is hunting down the lift because it's being used up till the point you need it. Then on top of that there are other aspects that come into play which 30min are already gone be for you even get started on the PM.
We agree. Thank you for your comment. Our technicians are trained to take whatever time it needs to to properly perform the entire PM service. Some other dealerships just rush through it, but we make it a point to take our time.
