  • How to do a pole dancing dragon's tail on the pole. You have a solid inside leg hang and or outside leg hang and now you're ready for a new challenge. The dragon's tail is an intermediate/advanced pole move. I'm going to walk you thru two different ways to get into it. One from an inside leg hang and the other from an outside leg hang. If you have shorter arms (aka, more t-rex like) I would recommend trying the transition from the inside leg hang or flatline. That transition is usually easier for those of you with shorter arms to get your grip on the pole. If you are able to reach the pole from both the inside and outside leg hang variations try them both and let me know which transition you prefer!
If the inside or outside leg hang is still on your bucket list to work towards check out my previous tutorial for the inside and outside leg hangs. If your inverts are still in the making that's ok! Download my Pole Conditioning ebook from my website below to strengthen your inverts both on and off the pole and you'll get there. Enjoy the journey of developing your pole repertoire, because it is an adventure every step of the way!
