@@marcbrunengraber3507 wow forgot about this one. Please do some homework on the mechanics of cultural appropriation it's not all about ownership. It's about historical precedent, recognition and disregard of the traumas of many of these appropriations.
@@LEGIT_ELITE - I know what it is about. I reject the concept. If we are going to be a melting pot, then we should freely borrow from, and celebrate what’s good about, each other. If Nylander admires the cornrow style and chooses to wear it, more power to him.
@@marcbrunengraber3507 the melting pot is a farce. It sounds nice but it's a label that just makes everyone feel nice. It doesn't mean the same thing for everyone.
@@LEGIT_ELITE - you’re entitled to feel that way. Just as Nylander or anyone else is entitled to wear their hair in cornrows if they choose, regardless of who whines about appropriation.
