I feel like being immortal, you'd naturally explore every possible sexual thing at one point or another. On a long enough timeline, you'd get bored of every kink eventually.
What I love about this show is that it doesn't play the gay/bi/pan card to pat itself in the back for being "woke", unlike its other contemporaries. The premise is that sexual attraction is very much natural and fluid. Guillermo is not even confirmed to be gay, even though the writers have planted all the necessary seeds for that revelation. However, the concept of romantic love and having a partner is still very much a big thing in the show. It's what Nandor craves to have, and it's what Lazlo and Nadja share.
A lot of people here are referring to characters as bisexual or gay, or debating over characters' sexualities, so I just wanna point out that one of the writers has in fact stated that all of the vampire characters are pansexual
