I think in the last few episodes of the series finale it would be an incredible ending, some closure to their yearning and their relationship whilst also progressing with the yearning and comedy behind it without queerbaiting by never coming to a conclusion on their romantic relationship. The queer element here is done right and actually makes sense lore-wise (tho not applicable to Guillermo, if he swings that way then that's his preference as a human). This is lore-wise appropriate because vampires are undead who lived for hundreds of years living in an undead body (with decreased sensation or lack thereof due to the undead body in nature). Therefore they would seek maximum pleasure to pass their eternal time. Hence the annual or daily orgies and what have you. As for Nandor, he was a conqueror with an insatiable lust for power and sex who wanted to devour all so he has both males and females as part of his harem during his pre vampire days.
You can't convince me Lazlo hasn't slept with any long black haired person who's down and thought it was nadja (And that he can't really get ace people cause he can't wrap his head around not wanting to go at it, but he means well)
To me what makes it more entertaining is that they don't openly throw it out there that they are this label or that label when it comes to preferences. The vamps have been alive for so long they have just about done it all and when it comes to sex that is all they see it as. Just a suck and fuck to have fun with no one calling anyone anything specific. Not being stuck in a box if you will.

All of the main characters have in some capacity mentioned being attracted to the same gender/had previous queer relationships throughout the series. From episode one, Laszlo mentions at least twice that he and the Baron had hooked up. The way Nadja turns Jenna in season 1 is extremely sexually charged, and expresses attraction to women many times. The orgy episode? Just in its entirety? Which is season 1 by the way. Nandor mentions several times in season 4 that many of his 37 wives were actually men. He and Laszlo hook up in season 3. And Guillermo (I’m assuming that’s who you’re referring to) hints at being gay in season 3 in the casino episode, not to mention the fact that he literally has a boyfriend all through season 4. It’s a very queer show, it’s just not /about/ being queer. It’s about vampires who happen to be queer.
The point has been made by the people above, but - this is probably the queerest show I've ever seen. In that it doesn't really do the whole "they're having a gay crisis" plotline and the characters are just queer people living their (after-)lives. There's nothing more satisfying than having a regular show with LGBTQ+ people in which their identities aren't impacting the plot. Other than that their date happens to be of the same gender.
