The most haunting thing in any of the ground zero footage is the hundreds of "man down" alarms going off. That loud, quick, higher pitched alarm sound -- which can be heard several times here if you know what you're listening for -- is from the devices the firefighters had on their helmets that ultimately all started going off as soon as the buildings came down on top of them. I didn't even know that those sounds were anything more than just some sort of security alarm until a few years ago when I watched an interview where a firefighter that worked ground zero was talking about how those things going off for days and days really messed his mind up. I can't even imagine.

If it makes you feel better, a lot of those alarms were sounding on firefighters who were alive and walking around, either intentionally left sounding so other firefighters could find each other in the dust, or because they were too dazed and in shock to turn them off.
There's footage by CBS cameraman Mark LaGanga where he walks up to a group of firefighters regrouping after WTC1's collapse, and one of their alarms are blaring. The firefighter eventually turns it off as he gets up and walks away.
EDIT: I found it on RUclips: v=ivLlI72Rz3k "Mark LaGanga's 9/11 footage 4/4 (CBS-NetDub3 clips 31 - 37)"... I can't post the full link because of RUclips's spam filter. Skip to about 4 minutes, 15 seconds in the video.

Look at the damage at 00:23. Look at the horizontal dark lines, which indicates perimeter floor damage. That's at least 10 floors of visible damage, meaning the floor connectors on those floors were damaged, or weakened. That's just what we can see. It's not out of the realm of possibility that several floors above and below took shock from the airplane impact, weakening both core and perimeter floor-truss connectors.

    Yes, mountains of jumbled steel.
But it wasn't just falling. It was churning like surf breaking. We know because of the floor joists. They were turned into spaghetti, not flattened. All the interior contents of the tops literally poured into the standing sections, Which got it started. If not for that, we likely would have ended up with most of the lower sections still standing. It was an internal grinding machine.

    False premise.
The steel at the impact levels were not as thick as a tank's armor. Steel thickness was tapered up as load requirements lessened. Impact areas were 3/8 to 1/4 inch for the perimeter walls. Core columns varied, and specs are not known exactly, but they were an inch or less at those heights. The mass and velocity of the airliners penetrated the perimeter walls easily, breaking it at it's connections, as we all saw. No mystery there.
There were not 8 walls of steel.

Investigations had ascertained that the fire hydrant water in the buildings, together with the heat of the fire caused the hottest of steam !! Steam was the critical reason the building collapsed as quickly as they did...the towers were designed to withstand that degree of heat for a longer period than they did, but the velocity of both fire & water proved its destructive force 😢

Internally, the buildings were on fire from point of impact, down. The planes that hit had full fuel tanks. Once they hit, the fuel drained downward, some of it already on fire.
People report elevator doors opening on the mezzanines, with burnt, dead passengers as lit fuel drained into elevator shafts.
People in the stairwells describe slip-sliding in what they thought was water, until the smell of the fuel became more concentrated as they descended. These folks also describe touching doors as they went, trying to find cooler doors that would indicated floors with minimal fires. The doors just kept getting hotter as they descended.
Bodies and a lot of smaller office equipment was just vaporized in the heat, which was upwards of 2,000 degrees. Before the buildings fell, rivers of molten steel can be seen draininh from the floors below impact.

Whilst some uploads show snippits from the scene, this is the most lengthy and detailed film from inside the debris area. It didn't "get ejected". It fell over. Perimeter walls fell over from the force of splaying in very large sections, some of which broke apart as they fell or when they hit something. If a 500 foot tall piece of wall fell over and pivoted at it's base where it broke, the top parts of it landed 500 feet away. It's a law of physics. Any explosion big enough to blast that ten ton hunk of steel that far would have been heard for miles around.
FYI, I am not a "de-bunker". I only want truth.

There's a story somewhere about someone who escaped one of the towers who picked up a random piece of paper on the street and had folded it up and put it in his pocket. Later, they found that it was a memo signed that morning by someone working in the towers that unfortunately years later had still not had any identifiable remains found. So the survivor ended up sending the signed memo to the family members who were grateful to have something from their loved one. Something he had touched and signed on the morning of the 11th. It's weird to think for the over 1000 still unidentified people, had a single sheet of paper they had touched, signed, stamped, or a single thing from their pocket been found and saved by someone, it could've meant the world to those families. But nobody knew at that time it would be a big deal I bet and I think I heard it rained the next day so most papers in the street would've washed away by then.

Something is happening at that line either from preventing the fire from spreading downward further or in my opinion the source of the fire spreading upward (which would better reflect the nature of fire as I understand it).
And what ever is happening along the straight line 3/4 stories below and so far to the right of where to plane struck the building when this video jumps from 0:14 to 00:17 is also occurring catercorner on the same floor watch?v=Hmb6_YzHEJA just before the collapse occurs

The strength of the core columns would be irrelevant with collapse occurring AROUND them. Substantial portions of both cores standing after everything else collapsed confirms.

There is, also building codes have changed for taller buildings... for example stairways and elevator shafts are now required to be in a concrete "core" in the center of a building with its own self supporting structure, independent from the support structure of the building...

  • @shirleybalinski4535
    @shirleybalinski4535 Месяц назад

Even the concrete was weakened by fires. The towers were basically chimneys after the fires took hold, Concrete does have the tendency to pulverize when subjected to enough outside influences & pressure excerted. Steel would have not necessarily melted but the tensile strength was reduced due to heat & pressure. Terrible, gut wrenching tragedy.

    cont from prev post
the planes created fireballs, static electricity from the friction and severed the buildings electrical wiring which all 3 made contact with the steel in the cores, so how did all or any of the 3 not set off any thermite and start the collapses right away? what was found in the dust was iron and aluminum which were plane and building materials which were fused togeather in the impacts, fires and collapses. you really shouldn't question someone who has all the answers.

If they removed everything, how come I have been able to study them? There are hours upon hours of raw video taken day of and later. The ASCE and FEMA teams picked through ALL the debris. They saved samples for further revue. To say they only picked through 200 pieces is false. And why are they "goons"? They were volunteer engineers.
have you ever stopped to consider the logistics of just getting on the pile for rescue operations? They had to clear immediately just to get equipment in.

Eutectic corrosion and where it was found, was not a sign of CD. it was inconclusive. No structural members were found to have been cut with any CD vehicle. Think rust. It has a much lower boiling point than steel, and will revert to iron at it's boiling point. The corroded pieces were not in critical structural areas. Nothing there. Nothing to arouse suspicion. There was no cause to save every piece of steel. Cause of collapse was evident.
