why would he use the jupiter as a control kbd for the prophet when the prophet has a kbd of its own?

PlayFool but the jupiter is literally sitting underneath the prophet...youre saying the jupiter could acting as a midi kbd thats sending signal to the prophet?
yeah correct, i suppose via ableton. maybe he prefers the Jupiters Keyboard for playing his synths =)

it's sending midi notes to ableton and THEN to the prophet, so he can change the timing and pitch of the notes in ableton afterwards.
