I think the dilution and the more pinkish colours work nice in this piece. It gives a pleasent warmness to the scene, and makes the sakura trees feel more important with all of the purples and pinks everywhere! Always love your works!
Also I have to say, this is by far best representation of zig kuretake clean color How to mix and work with them video, also I have understood that the pigment not light fast so they're close to the poster color in some strange way. Either way it's nice to use for quick sketching and dye based color looks very outlandish

I used alcoholic markers because im not good at watercolors at all😅. Of course mine is not as good as yours, but i will do my best and try more!🤩🤩
important video imo , as it shows that even a crappy and ugly looking place(photo) can be turned into a lush and amazing looking illustration. living up to an amazing photo is one thing , but turning your standard ulgy urban street into something beautiful is another thing all together

i love how in depth your ideation process is; i am always afraid that i'm too slow of an artist because i spend so much time thinking and making thumbnails. it's always really wonderful to follow your complete thought processes as you go. i also love your technique of taking observational sketches or photographs from real life and re-imagining them with your own additions. great stuff! thank you for sharing!

I use a Canon Canoscan 9000F II scanner 👍 It's very good quality but small in size sadly.
