I'm done with my V60. The USB connector barely works (only worked for less than 4 months and has consistently gotten worse) and I really miss having 1440 resolution. Camera isn't that great either and I have to manually switch to 64MP everytime I take a picture. So many little annoyances that add up.
I was thinking if I should trade in my V60 for the Pixel 6. But once I heard that the Pixel didn't have the headphone jack ( not a shock) and didn't have the expanded storage, will stick with the V60. Still works great anyway.
I just got the pixel 6 in today. I was literally thinking on getting rid of my V60 and going with the pixel. But a few things changed my mind. Two days ago I did a factory reset on my V60 and what a difference in how it runs now. First the battery, I'm back to getting 1 day and 14 hours with 7 hours 30 min of screen time, the headphone jack, the quad dac, the phones military grade, the speakers, the screen and then 5000 nah battery. I Enjoy the UI also, Along with the 6.8 inch screen. Then I realize I have all I need. I do like the feel of the pixel and the build reminds me of the lumia 1520, but that camera hump on the back horrible unreal turn off. I must say it looked cool on TV until I held it in my hand. As for cameras it more like Meh.. I'm not feeling the whole camera train that most folk are Riding. This V60 can hold its own in manual mode if I truly need to use it. Think I really just may holdholed on to v60 a bit longer.
@@JamesTFaile the changes are mostly under the hood but i noticed that the phone is a bit smoother now with a redesigned notifications more strict permissions plus there's an indicator when u use the camera and mics for security
Hi Matt. I would LOVE you to do an updated video with these two beasts! Y not right? Just bought a factory sealed V60 for $215. And a 9.5% "open box" 6 pro for $370. I absolutely love them both but the 120 refresh on the pixel is the main thing that keeps me using it. Price wise though, V60 still an absolute steal!
I heave a v60 for every carrier, it was the last flagship that had all the features i was looking for. Now I'm testing it on all the carriers for performance. It's an awesome device, just with they had put face ID on it. Wish more comparisons would mention it's ability for active stylist support as well. It's really like a galaxy Note mixed with a V-fold for nowhere near the price.
Watching from my V60. This phone is unstoppable! It fell out of my coat pocket at the grocery store and I didn't know it. When I got back to the store I found it with a pretty badly crushed screen. I did have a clear case on it. And other than the cracked screen my phone is STILL working like it was the first day I got it! RIP LG! But I'm still praying for a mobile branch resurrection before I eventually will have to get a new phone. My V20 lasted me 5 years. And only reason I upgraded was cause of the battery life and that I know they was going to stop making phones.
I really like the finger print sensor on the v60 because it feels more secure instead of one quick click. Doesnt seem super reliable because once my son unlocked my oneplus with his finger on my phone...
My lg g7 keeps popping up a power supply message and it won't charge seems like a charging port problem. Anyone else got this problem seem to run in the lg family.
Haha... Watching this from my V60! Also, I configured and tested it against samsung s20 and after configuring the phone in developer mode.. Im glad to let y'all know that it can be configured to run as fast and smooth if not better. Also, I now get 27/30 minutes of RUclips video play back for every 1% of battery! 🙂
Great and best video review. I am an iPhone 12 pro max user. Now I have new Google pixel 6 pro. I am use p6 Pro 2 days now. Software is really good and better than any Android phone. Camera is great performance. Speaker also great loud and bass. Earpiece speaker sound is great in high and midrange tone but bottom one is more bass and also louder. When I am put mono audio setting, top speaker could very loud and bass about same as bottom one and overall it's more fully louder. But lack quality when watching video because earpiece is very loud to directly to my face and bottom speaker sound is side away, it's unbalance. You must go to standard audio (mono audio off) when watching movies, so audio is ballance and more nicely. After I am download PowerAmp app. This phone can support equaliser setting is very well and greatest punchier loud in my view and less distortion of any phone except Rog 5. My iPhone 12 pro max far beaten by this phone in decibel sound quality. But I am still many used with my IP 12 pro max to anywhere and my new p6 Pro used to watch movies and hearing music out handfree. Both phone are great power like small computer laptop.😍👍

The G8 gets average battery life, and the V60 gets spectacular battery time. I will never own a phone with less than a 5,000 mHa battery. Att v60 has fingerprint bug where it'll peg all 8 cores at 100% until you restart it. Then will do it again. TMobile and others already fixed it
