this may be true but when you have gone through 4 years of suffering with each year something new bad has happend to you either if that is losing your best freind who you adore and look up to and comprmise your friendship and repuation by making sure others dotn suffere and put others first instead of your self you make them succed but you fail worse each year and to making a mistake and getting arrested for something you did by accident and make your family be hurt i wouldve given up a long time ago but for some reason im still here and sometimes i question why but i could just be subjectiable to pain and nothing fazes me anymore i say mission first emotions later everything i feel a hint of pain or think of pain i move it will build up to i break but im already a broken soul. one day someone a girl can be there for me to be able let go of everything my past and be better because there is someone who wants to be there for me and care for me and i can do the same someone to talk to and have fun laugh and go on dates and watch movies together that may fix me

From my hospital bed a while ago, I mentioned to one of my caregivers that when I was in my 20s I could run 5 miles a day. I have been in great shape about five times, but didn't maintain it when health issues began. He said the most accepting and healing thing. He said he used to lift weights often and just stopped. He said, What you want from your life changes, How you see yourself changes. To say that was so perfect at the time. Now I am back to regular exercise and this time my goals are in reach. Self acceptance is a good base for improvement. I'll never forget his kindness.
it can be hard when you want to feel loved and accepted by others, because it makes you feel complete. I guess for me the hard task is loving myself and feeling whole within.Naturally we are social human beings so I crave love and contact, to feel loved and accepted.. but I realise it begins with me, in believing in myself, that I shall manifest , and in fact am manifesting those people that truly love and root for me. it all begins with loving myself. its diffucl when u feel like ur doing it alone tho, so I pray for those people to manifest, I know that it begins with me loving me first.

I choose to love whether or not others love me back. What defines us is the love we give, not the love we receive. I am back into the gym to rebuild my fitness and results are encouraging so far. I am praying for you that you will see yourself as worthy, and that you will find love that never ends.

And one day something changed, I started with meditation, with positive affirmation, started to watch some motivational speeches. And since that day my life changed. Because I found happiness in me. You can't find happiness in other people and some stuff. The real happiness you have to find in yourself and then when you find it, nothing matters. I cry daily due to the death of this man who sang this originally. He’s been dead for 4 years since 20th July. Chester Bennington has unknowingly helped me through so much. His music is the love I never received. It’s like he holds me and rocks me back and forth to assure me that I’ll be okay and that I can survive this. And that if I leave, he cares, maybe not others, but he cares. The original song is called One more light By LINKIN PARK. The singe is Chester Bennigton. And he died from suicide. So it’s sad that he’s stopped me from it.

My mom got sick from covid and almost died, but with a lot of prayer and trust in the Lord almighty, He saved her life. I am just very grateful and blessed for all the things the Lord has given me. Depression is weird even though I have it I still don’t fully understand it and it makes life a really bumpy road, you could be surrounded by all the people in the world who love you… and no matter how much you know they love you, in those moments you still feel alone, and the only chance you feel like you have to really think about it is when you aren’t surrounded by those people

Well done Carol. I'm still moving on from my break up Nov 20. It was toxic , I had to deal with a very cruel narcissistic person I was betrayed several times he saw other women and blamed me for everything. I got counselling it helped . I m just trying to get me back. It's a long journey but I'll get there.

I'm here because I miss something about me, something that people loved, because now I lost it and it's hard to take it back. There are lots of things that are happening which maybe molds me from the other version of me. I feel sorry and regretful for the time that I wasted just to figure out things I need to take back but I just realized I don't need to pretend; I should move on and let things pass and carry the lesson I've learned. People who genuinely love me will stay even if half of me changed.

@@richardwilliams4448 So good! I walked my ramps today in the sun--there is a basement garage at my building, so I walk down the ramp and back up seven or more times. The grade is perfect to work my legs and stretch them at the same time. then I went to planet fitness to rebuild muscles in my arms, legs, and back. I feel good! Results are encouraging. I have been eating correctly for my new normal, and have lost 16 inches altogether since being in the hospital. At that rate I will be my personal best fitness level again by October. Thanks for asking. In summer I will be walking in the warm water at the beach to strengthen my legs. I love that. Something to look forward to...

I had a best friend but she died of cancer. Before she died I slept in the same bed as her in the hospital bed. (We r both girls and did that all the time) she said before she went to sleep for the last “try not to let depression get the best of you” “if it does then just remember me”. Then my bf left me bc he got me pregnant! Well I was pregnant before she died and she was the first one to know. She always said how she wanted us to get pregnant at the same time and when I found out I was going to have twins I decided that if I had girls then I would name one amber bc she wanted to name her baby that and I would name the other Emma! They r now 2 now and they r both girls! I think about her all the time. She was battling depression and anxiety just like me and we met each other at preschool and ever since we was friends! She listened to this song all the time!

I feel he was reaching out in his latest songs before he took his life, but no one probably thought someone like him, meaning fame, money, etc..would take his own life, but NO ONE IS EXEMPT FROM DEPRESSION OR SUICIDE.
