Tention എടുക്കാനുള്ള പ്രശ്നമൊന്നുമില്ല ട്ടോ, ഞാൻ ഇവിടെ ഡോക്ടറെ കണ്ടു, docter പറയുന്നത് നമ്മുടെ പ്രായത്തിനനുസരിച്ചുള്ള ശാരീരിക വ്യത്യാനങ്ങൾ നമുക്കുണ്ടാവും. നമ്മുടെഭക്ഷണ രീതിയിൽ ഉള്ള വ്യത്യാസമാണ്. പ്രത്യേകിച്ച്, south indian food ഒഴിവാക്കണം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു, സ്പെഷ്യലായി, പുളിപ്പിച്ച ഭക്ഷണം ഒഴിവാക്കണം, (ഇഡലി, ദോശ, അപ്പം etc.) ഫ്രിഡ്ജിൽ വെച്ച ഭക്ഷണം ഒഴിവാക്കണം. അപ്പപ്പോൾ വേണ്ടുന്ന ഭക്ഷണം ഉണ്ടാക്കി fresh ആയി കഴിക്കണം, nonveg. കഴിവതും കുറക്കണം. പച്ചക്കറി, methi, palak, ഷേപ്പു, (ചതകുപ്പ ) ഇത് കൂടുതൽ കഴിക്കണം. എനിക്ക് ഡോക്ടറെ പറഞ്ഞുതന്നത് ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞു എന്നെയുള്ളു. ഒന്നും തോന്നല്ലേ. എന്റെ സോഹോദരി ആയികണക്കാക്കി പറയുകയാണ്. കഴിവതും ചപ്പാത്തി ഉണ്ടാക്കി കഴിക്കാൻ നോക്കണം. ഇവിടെ ഇരുന്ന് നാട്ടിലെ ഭക്ഷണം കാണുമ്പോൾ കൊതി തോന്നും. പക്ഷെ നിവൃത്തി ഇല്ലല്ലോ (ചക്ക ഇഷ്ടമാണ് പക്ഷെ കിട്ടാനുമില്ല, gas stock കൂടും 😄) പെട്ടെന്ന് സുഖമാവട്ടെ...
