Great whole body work, but especially interested in arm work. Am blind, someone will need to talk me through this, but I do have a reformer + tower I use regularly.
Would be interested in more tower work if you get around to it.
Would also be interested in verbal instruction so I don't need to rely on anyone else. You have a great way of connecting. Thank you so much Charles

Se cae en la flexión, el secreto de la fusión no es el ejercicio continuo de los músculos que se usan en danza alonge, es algo mas complejo, igual no esta mal la idea

Floating into handstand straddle, handstand to splits, and paralletes..... sooooooo "classical" . I think you forgot to throw in Downward Dog

Sarah Keeley I really don’t know if you’re meaning this sarcastically, but I get the impression you haven’t seen Joe’s original push-up device, which is what this guy is working on here - not exactly “paralletes” but really similar. But yes, they are a classical device (no quotation marks needed). It’s not surprising to see moves like the ones that were beautifully demonstrated in this video included as part of a classical Pilates repertoire when you consider that Joe worked with dancers, gymnasts and athletes of various stripes. If you google “Jospeh Pilates push up device” you might find some helpful info and see some more of the classical work demonstrated... no downward dogs included, and no need to throw shade
