🔴Recipe:
1 glass of milk
1 glass of water
half a glass of oil
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
10g dry yeast
6.5 glasses of flour (650 gr)
dill
150 g feta cheese
100 g mozzarella
1 tablespoon of butter
for the top of the buns:
2 egg yolks
cooking at 180°C for 35/40 minutes
