Necessary materials:
6 cups of wheat flour (720 grams)
2 cups of milk (400 ml)
Half a cup of granulated sugar (80 grams)
Half a tea glass of vegetable oil (45 ml)
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of yeast (10 grams)
1 teaspoon of salt (10 grams)
2 tablespoons of butter (40 grams)
200 grams of feta cheese
2 egg yolks and some sesame seeds

Excelente receta, gracias porque además los ingredientes que miden en tazas están en gramos y la levadura que son 10 gramos en polvo, es muy clara todo el paso a pasó el procedimiento de la receta y la explica... Gracias la realizaré porque además que me encantó, hay gran precisión en Cada una de las medidas en tazas y en tramos es gran ayuda para el que desee realizarla, es más seguro que la receta resultará y nos saldrá igual al especialista que nos brinda su enseñanza infinitas gracias de corazón 💓🥰👌👏

I just made them. They are absolutely delicious! I think you can fill them with whatever you decide. I used chedar cheese and a bit of my tomato paste that I made in the summer. Did you heat the milk or did you just use room temperature milk? I'm wondering how warm the milk should be. Thank you.
@@countrylife123 the Milk should be warm . But when you dip your finger in it, it should not burn your finger. The yeast wont be activated with sugar if it is cold and you may burn the yeast if it is too hot.
