This is crazy I have a 2000 single cab this same color in pretty much the same exact condition I’m about to do everything you’ve done, cab corners rockers, engine reseal etc just got a rust free bed from down south for it these videos are making me wanna get it done asap
Appreciate the videos along with the advice I’m about to start on my truck myself only difference is mine is an extended cab but need the same work maybe a lil more

Coal slag is cheaper than play sand, you have no chance of having silica issues and it works substantially better
I assume thats whats in black beauty, and yes worked like a charm will be buying a dozen bags of it next time I do a frame
Loving the videos, I’m about to start my rust repair on my super cab 7.3, what kind of body filler are you planning on using?
Anywhere where I welded I do 1 coat of USC Duraglass first, then go over it/ do all my dents with evercoat body filler
As long as this wet blasting process took, might have been easier to just wire wheel it.
Wire wheel is almost useless you cant get it clean with that
How is the por 15 holding up? Are you happy with the results so far?
Holding up great yes im happy with it
How much media did it take ?
For a full frame id say 6 bags
