    This is an example of a very well done presentation: neither too technical nor too generic. As a diver, I believe that deepen my knowledge on these aspects it's important as well as interesting.
    I hope to see more video conference such as this one in the future on this channel. Thanks Chris!

    how come 80% O2 at 30 meters doesnt give you O2 intoxication? what is the partial pressure allowed on hyperbaric chamber treatment?

      Oxygen toxicity is not dangerous during hyperbaric chamber treatment. The worst outcome is a convulsion that can be easily managed and resolved with the help of the assisting medical personnel. Therefore very high ppO2 are used during treatment.
      However oxygen toxicity underwater is another story, as a convulsion underwater can easily result in death by drowning.

      @@giovannizappa7934 I also heard that high pO2 was better tolerated in dry environment.
