I've watched the entire series. Awesome job! I appreciate how everything is broken down into manageable steps and exercises. My two big takeaways: where to keep my hands, and I need to bound higher. I've been practicing both. For me bounding higher means more exertion, and I run out of steam. So my big practice activity is to get my bounding muscles in shape.

Your tutorials are the best I’ve seen. You break it down so well and in a simple fashion. I’m still struggling with doubles but your drills are proving helpful. For me, it is the timing of the jump, and hand position/speed. The ‘double from the deck’ is helping me focus on that although cannot get it through yet! Great work

RXSG, I've been working on DU diligently for the last month (I've been Crossfitting for about five years and trying intermittently through that time) and I'm still really struggling with hand position, which is obviously causing me to trip after one or two DU. After taking video, my hands are too far out and going behind my hips. For this specific issue, do you recommend your "Jump Cuff Trainers"? I'm also struggling with consistent wrist movement/rotation. (I'm thinking too much as a work.) For this, do you recommend your "Rotational Trainers"? Your videos are great and I really like my RX jump rope. Thanks for your assistance!

Hi Anthony, yes the jump cuffs were made exactly for the issues you're having with hand placement. Keep in mind it might be frustrating in the beginning but challenge yourself and think of it as acquiring a new skill. You will get it. And yes the rotational trainers are a great tool to isolate hand motion and drill it consistently to build that dexterity and coordination. Keep us posted on your progress!

This tutorial video seems helpful! I’ve been struggling double unders consistently for years. I’ve tried shortening my rope but it seems to be hitting my head. It’s At its appropriate height so I’m not sure if it’s my arms or not. I know I’m in a bad habit using my forearms instead of wrists which causes my arms and wrists to spin behind the hips. I seem to be tense not relaxed. Want to break the habit but I’m not sure what I’m doing with all these errors. Help please!
