Preston; can, should or is AI being used in the student admission, along with the hiring and appointment, process and decision making for institutes of higher learning, such as Harvard, MIT and U Penn?
I think AI will definitely take over the industry. But I dont think AI is as much of an issue as the ability for the employee to jump around from job to job. With job cuts and inflation, many will stay for longer with the employer.

That would be true if it wasn't for the fact that 99% of recruiters don't read résumés. They only skim through them and search for keywords, and in the engineering world, most recruiters don't even know what most of the stuff mentioned even means. AI would do a much better job than recruiters in a lot of cases
