I played high level "BBI"/AAU baseball as a kid. Travel team in the 90s. Two future MLB guys on my team (one of which was a top 3 pitcher in his era). We had a girl on the team at 11-12. It's amazing how people forget simple biology. Men and Women are different. As this little girl gets older boys her age will become stronger, faster, bigger and more athletic than she could ever be. This is nothing new, it's been going on for centuries.
For some sports yes I think the biology makes a big difference but baseball might be the one where it makes the least difference, because if you can hit a fast pitch and run, and field, I don't see why the fact that she's female should matter.
