    With the added thickness of the bracket how doesn't it cause the alternator to be further out than the balancer?

      It’s an ls1 bracket I think you gonna need ls1 water pump and power steering

      ​@@alejandromonsibais3712correct, which I have. What I don't have is this new bracket that adds a "3rd hole" what I am asking is. If you add that new bracket, and it's say 1/2-1 inch thick, how's that not pushing the alternator out and additional 1/2-1 inch which would put the belt out of alignment

      @@teabag402 im not sure I have an 5.3 ls 1998 trans am and I drilled a hole in the block to put a ls1 alternator bracket because iron blocks only got a 1 hole at the bottom and the lil bracket on the back which is fine with an ls1 alternator but im running a truck alternator so I don’t need the one in the back I just got my alternator holding with 2 bolts ion need the middle one I’m sure it probably had the same thickness as a oem ls1 bracket so the alternator would be align

    do you have any kit's for a 6.0 to high mount the alternator and low mount a factory power steering pump

      Hello, If you are using a 6.0L from a truck application we would recommend our PN 551519X-3
