Hey everyone! Sorry about the constant in and out of focus! I got a new camera and am learning how to use it... thanks for the patience, haha. I'm an old lady... (I found out how to fix-focus at the lineart bit, derp.)
I tried Eggnog for the first time this year and it tasted like bubblegum but my friend said I was totally crazy!! Good to know I'm definitely not >: ))
Zach Barrett well at least you guys have nice sweet tastes 😅 I have a taste thing that makes everything too bitter. I don't have anything to compare it to because it's all I've known but vegetables all taste like grass to me whilst other people enjoy them and apparently all the deserts I make are ridiculously sickly sweet to everyone else but to me they are just right 😂
Emily Lightning You think so? I see it as more of a pretty solid brown (as opposed to a reddish-brown), but then, I’ve never tried to paint with it either. Definitely tempted now that I’ve watched this, though! I’d like to see her try brewing and painting/inking with walnut ink. There’s SO much cool stuff out there to use as art mediums.
Emily Lightning I suppose, maybe. I just don’t imagine they’d differ _too_ much, all black tea is made from the same species of tea leaf. Otherwise it wouldn’t be black tea. You know what I’m saying? I’ve left tea stains on a lot of stuff throughout my life, and it always looks pretty brown. I drink like, 3-4 cups a day... I always have to swish with peroxide before I brush so I don’t get awful tea stains 😬😂 •••That shit works, and if you ever need an extra whitening boost, mix a paste of peroxide and baking soda to brush with after you swish with peroxide. It’s the only thing I’ve ever found that doesn’t bother my sensitive teeth, and it works better than the many whitening products I’ve tried. Costs a hell of a lot less, too.
I actually really like how you little tea rays turned out. Your coffee one looks like its full of energy with powerful bolting rays, like sunlight. This tea one looks much more relaxed with the rays branching out like little lazy rivers, just flowing on by without a care in the world. It's a nice contrast. If you do another one like this I think you should make it half coffee and half tea.
That's actually kind of wild. Even though the coffee one looked great I would say this one looked better. It's got it's own appeal you know? I feel like the broken lines fit very well in both this piece and with your art style in general. I think the splatters and 'explosion' of tea was the best part. Tea is supposed to be relaxing, so the way it looks without it being a full explosion fits perfectly (in my opinion of course). I would love to see more!
How about you make this a series? There might not be that many mediums left lol, but you can try juice (like mango or apple), hot chocolate, or soda (like Coca-Cola or orange fanta)
There is also this very strong juice that you add water to, its called Squash. She could experiment with different amounts of water to give the artwork a different variety of tones. Also am I the only one who calls it squash or is that its real name?
I like the idea of drawing with different mediums. I started doing silverpoint, that's drawing with a piece of silver on a prepared surface. Then I did Dry Brush, that's "drawing" with various brushes very lightly loaded with oil paint. And now I'm drawing with coffee and tea. Lots of unique mediums to use if you think outside the box.
You can try adding drops of lemon (acid), vinegar, salt water, or alum into it to bring out, alter or retain the color. That’s what dyers do to help retain and also alter colors in their dyes. I’ve been playing with it in homemade inks. It might work with the lemon tea too!
I wish I could heart this. I realize you might not have liked the output so much, but the close-ups of the grungy matcha lines looked awesome to me! Quite gives it a street touch. 😊 The dotted lines are magic. I honestly hope you've found special ways to work with tea as a medium, because I think you did well, and you sincerely love playing with any medium on hand. You'll do great art with anything at all.
Dude! I litetally was thinking today"everyone on youtube had done a painting with coffee challenge, but what about tea?" And now you upload this! You're amazing
Oh my god I literally just discovered you and watched your painting with coffee video this morning. I remember wondering when you'd upload the painting with tea video because you mentioned it at the end of your coffee one. AND YOU JUST UPLOADED THIS. HOLY JIDFSIDFH THIS IS MAGIC
Galaxy Blue I'm American and I really enjoy tea! Most people I know love tea too :) I think it depends more on what a person is used to.Like if they are used to super flavorful and sugary drinks, they most likely won't enjoy a more toned down and subtle drink, like tea. 😄
Linsi Pimsi That's pretty hilarious!! 😂 Matcha is a Japanese tea used in many sacred traditions for them. It's become popular to have almost everything in that flavor now days such as candy and baked goods.😉
I know about this tea) It's delicious! But it still funny to hear :D Once my mam have a lot of fun at me when she asked what i drink and i answered "macha")))
RUclips told me this video was released like 6minutes ago but it's not... I was going to comment something like "I'M EARLY CAUSE I LOVE YOU" type of thing but I can't.... Still love you tho (Please let me marry your ants)
Honestly, this might sound wierd but, I've been watching this channel for only two days and I just feel such a friendly vibe and I feel like if I had my own place then I would want this vibe and friends like this in my house School has been so dramatic so watching your videos are very.. reassuring or soothing is how I'd put it. Watching you and draw with jazza (while drawing) feels like home
Hey Kasey! I’m a beginner and like last week I was finding some youtuber artist and you’re the first youtuber I found, and I just want to tell you that I’m so inspired because of you, I used the tips you uploaded in your channel, and I learned painting because of you, I just really love your works, keep up the good work, Kasey! 💓😍

I can’t drink tea due to the strong tannin it contains. Now I know what to die with it. Your artwork is so wonderful. Have a lovely evening and a wonderful end of the year
I really loved this illustration, I loved how the mocha looked and the other tea, oh and the sketch, it’s probably one of my favourite illustrations you’ve ever done, although I think it would have also looked cool without the lines, a line-less style would have looked cool
Purple is so perfect, how can you hate it? But it doesn't matter haha, I just get shocked when people say they hate something I love. And I also love your drawings and your style. Much love!
Wow Kasey you are the greatest artist on this plattform! I absolutely love youre artworks, they are so amazing! (every one of them) I even tried out to make a video with watercolour, because I like youre videos so much! Thank you for your great content!
I love this! Eggnog does taste like bubble gum to me. I don't really know what to say about giving another liquid to paint with, but uh...maybe candy? It's a thing I used to do in my art class. Keep up the great work!
at first when i saw the thumbnail i thought the boy was a panda and now i want to see a panda made out of tea,, haha i think it would be v cute,, i love the colors and the art so much !! looking forward to another tea video with the redish gray-purple or whatever pretty color it is, in another video!
Kasey I love your work! I just watched your blood illustration and i at first was put off lol... But i loved it and aspire to have your passion. Also I really like the color of the green matcha tea but was wondering you keep saying powder and was wondering, did you use a tea bag to brew it??? Im guessing powder it's jist I never heard of powder tea... And maybe if you tried matcha bags it wouldn't be so chunky? Just thought was super cool to get a color like thatout of tea. Ooo and you could try some of the different kinds of colorful fruit teas out there!
Hey everyone!

It's not your taste, it's the fake alcohol flavor that they put into store bought eggnog
I Was Drinking Matcha while watching this video! :3

Wow this is so cute!!! I actually love the streakiness of the matcha, it really gives a fun textured look!
This video was my cup of tea
I love this painting idea! It’s so creative! I also really like your art style and how cute and cartoony everything is
How about you make this a series? There might not be that many mediums left lol, but you can try juice (like mango or apple), hot chocolate, or soda (like Coca-Cola or orange fanta)
You can also try melted ice cream or smoothies/milkshakes too, I guess, but it might smell
Yesssssshhhhh
Hot cocoa painting will be a thing now
Or blood
There is also this very strong juice that you add water to, its called Squash.
She could experiment with different amounts of water to give the artwork a different variety of tones.

Omg I just came from your coffee video and you actually painted with tea! Both of them look amazing, I love the creativity of your channel
I'm surprised. Drawingwiffwaffles doesn't hate you for you hate purple.
I have the same thing but with some ham. It tastes like soap to me. And i really like the 'red' color a lot!
LOVE THE SKIP OF INTRO XD
Wow ! I like coffie and tea too! Your works is so nice
It looks amazing! But don’t insult my Artists Loft. It’s obviously a superior tea. Tastes much better. 😂
Dream Discovery haha!!! 😂 no, not the artists loft! 😂😂😂
Kasey can paint with literally anything and it would still look majestic
...Tea tastes so weird..
Just imagine licking your paper and having the tea flavour or something like that??
Yah, I’m very picky. I’ve never been a HUGE fan of tea because it just tastes watered down to me. The flavors aren’t very strong. 😞
Yea but
It could happen y'know ? Someone that loves tea, steal yer' drawing..and licks it.
Gosh darn it it would be weird??
Me ? Nope, I'm French!
It's okay, really! I wish I was American tbh--
Galaxy Blue I'm American and I really enjoy tea! Most people I know love tea too :) I think it depends more on what a person is used to.Like if they are used to super flavorful and sugary drinks, they most likely won't enjoy a more toned down and subtle drink, like tea. 😄
I would love a one toned tea painting. This one came out great though, I like the pose and composition.
TEA!!!
I think the red tones in that citrusy tea are from hibiscus, it tends to dry bluish/greyish purple when brewed into a tea
I'm soooo sorry, but in russian "macha" means pee, so I was laughing every time you say it :""""""3
Linsi Pimsi That's pretty hilarious!! 😂 Matcha is a Japanese tea used in many sacred traditions for them. It's become popular to have almost everything in that flavor now days such as candy and baked goods.😉
I know about this tea) It's delicious! But it still funny to hear :D

A M A Z I N G
Wait so masha and the bear is pee and the bear?
I don't think "and the bear" is the same in Russian as it is in English...
My favourite kind of tea is when it’s normal tea at the top and then sweet at the bottom
*a nice c h u n k y b o i*
I agree with the eggnog comment. I can't drink it, either because it is straight up liquefied eggnog lol
RUclips told me this video was released like 6minutes ago but it's not...
I was going to comment something like "I'M EARLY CAUSE I LOVE YOU" type of thing but I can't....
Still love you tho
(Please let me marry your ants)
i’ll hold the wedding
Honestly, this might sound wierd but, I've been watching this channel for only two days and I just feel such a friendly vibe and I feel like if I had my own place then I would want this vibe and friends like this in my house
School has been so dramatic so watching your videos are very.. reassuring or soothing is how I'd put it. Watching you and draw with jazza (while drawing) feels like home
This was made today. I guess we can call it heh.. "Freshly brewed" Ahahahahaha....ahhhaaa *Breathes out* sorry for that.
The chunky matcha reminds me of leafs , which in turn reminds me of tea 👍I love it
*T H I C C*
This is Kinda a Random Comment but i actually had a Coffee Ad.....
Kasey! There is a kind of Thai tea that is bright orange when it dries, it is so vividly pigmented that I often end up with orange stains on my fingers when I take out the tea bag. I think it could be a very good candidate for another tea painting experiment!
It's a very nice painting just one thing bugs me. The green tea flying into his mouth looks like vomit flying out of his mouth and magically into a cup
I love that, thank you.
he’s so relaxed vomiting tho
ugh now i can't un-see that
I have a terrible migraine right now. I’ve been binging your vids because your voice actually DOESNT make me cry 😹

I think the way the splashes are so different in the coffee version vs. This version makes a lot of sense coffee makes you very hyper It can make you very awaken on a energetic Sow the spots were more intense tea can calm you down and make you more mellow which makes a lot of sense that the there was a little nice perfect little circles so I think I made a lot of sense I like the way it all of these came out I just finished washing the blood one that was really cool

Mowple :3 do you not get the joke?
Much love!
Some stores sell this whole value pack with tea that comes in the funniest names and the greatest colors.
I was hoping you wouldn't line it, but the broken lines really make it look amazing
There’s also a beautiful blue tea that’s made with butterfly pea flowers!! And maybe hibiscus tea would’ve been good for a red color~
STUNNING ARTWORK AND CREATIVITY!!!!
I think the chalky green tea ( oh sorry i mean matcha) adds a really cool texture
It looks nice
at first when i saw the thumbnail i thought the boy was a panda and now i want to see a panda made out of tea,, haha i think it would be v cute,, i love the colors and the art so much !! looking forward to another tea video with the redish gray-purple or whatever pretty color it is, in another video!
For as streaky as the matcha turned out, the color is great!
Yay! A tea vid!
You did great with this piece
the streakiness gives lots of texture so you could do a lot of things with it
Omg same with eggnog and green tea!!!!!!! It’s good to know someone shares my struggles🤪
The concept is amazing and I love how it turned out
Hey i also like lemon zinger!! Celestial seasonings to be exact. With enough sugar it tastes like a fruit gummy
Its funny because I literally just watched your coffee art video yesterday and remembered you talking about art with tea, lol
It's snowing outside of my house the first snow in 14 years perfect weather for tea
i've wanted to do this so badly!! seeing how cool this turned out, i think i'm going to
At first I guess I didn’t like the skin tone of it, but then it grew on me and I actually REALLY like! Good job as always!
Haha. here's that beautiful art piece! Your amazing, Kasey!! *Wonderful Job*
