Thank you! Great video. I've been watching the Roadmaster MT12 videos just to see what this TX is all about. Well finally our local hobbyshop got this version you have and I picked it up. This will definitely be a learning experience. In reading the manual I already have an idea what this TX can do. Thanks again for the video.
@jaymitchrc I did get my Phoenix Portal programmed into the MT12. Biggest hurdle was the 3 position using any of the 5 trim switches, but got it figured out. I am feeling there is no wrong way to setup the transmitter, if it works go with it, 😁. I did do 3 youtube videos on my channel last week.

One question, how do I go about finding which protocol and modes to use for a given receiver ? I have lots of random models, currently trying to figure out the team associated trs401ss

In many cases the subtype is the model of the receiver or the signal type of a manufacturer receiver. These are preprogrammed within the hardware.

If you end up figuring out how to bind it to SLT Protocol on my Losi Mini LMT let me know I haven’t had success getting it to bind.
When you are configuring the slt model, does the frequency setting appear? You may have to increment it and test if it binds.

It won't bind to a time rx. I believe they are working on n update to fix that.
