The answer is quite simple Nandha, if you are looking for an investment that gives you immediate returns and some long term appreciation, then small apartments like this are best since you will get rent. But if you are not looking for immediate returns but rather a higher long term appreciation value then plots are any day best. Hope this helps.

Buying gated community apartment would not be best choice. As you would end up seeing building quality issue, seepage problem ( water leak) and STP issue. Most promises will not be complete by builder. I had seen worst experience with medevakam rajparis crystal Springs.
Hi Saravana, you are right, but many people don't have the budget for a villa and want the amenities and securities of a gated community. Especially in far off areas where community living is safer.
Hi Srini, that's a good question, but the answer is really up to you. For the small size and investment you can expect a monthly rental of Rs. 3,500 to Rs. 4,000 per apartment. So yield may not be great. But remember they give you a FREE BMW bike with every booking and there is no maintenance for 5 years, at the time of maing our video. Sounds like a good deal.
