I'm making this tonight, thanks for the idea! I have some colorful peppers that I have been meaning to use, but didn't have ideas that appealed to me. I'm making this with them plus mushrooms and coriander herbs, I've got some left that need to be used. I'll also make some fluffly rice and lettuce salad with tomatoes. I need just this comfort food!
Great magic trick with the sauce! 👌 I replaced the vinegar with limejuice, and found you can give the sauce an additional freshness kick if you stir a sip of the remainder of the limejuice under the finished dish (no more cooking). Thank you for this recipe!

(But it is100% true). I improvised today and combined your fantastic technique of cooking the chicken in your (Spicy Chicken Fried Rice Restaurant Style). Soooo meltingly delicious with this recipe. I served it with homemade egg fried rice and store bought vegetable spring rolls. Though I fully intend to make your (Crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls With A Special ingredient/Restaurant Style). This was a super quick and easy mushroom recipe and it taste fantastic! The only problem with this recipe is the meal disappears too quickly! Another foolproof recipe form Bumbi! Thank you ... I need to start making beets a staple in my kitchen! I also see a Garlic Stir Fry Recipe (ruclips.net/video/vA0Lluabywg/видео.html) that I think I have to try this weekend! I may never cook anything but Bumbi recipes again!
Hi Bumbi, I have made it today. It is good but somehow it's test little bit sweet instead of spice. I got chilli source from target and its little bit sweet instead of spice due to this I think i got the sweet test. I need to make it a little spice do you know any idea how to change it to spice?
Oh yes sweet chilli sauce is available and used in many stir fry dishes. You can even use it as a dipping sauce and have it with pakoras, dumplings etc. You can increase the amount of red pepper flakes to one teaspoon in the recipe or add fresh chopped green chilli to make it spicy.

If you use sweet chilli sauce then no need to add any sugar. Sweet chilli sauce + sugar will make it more sweeter 😀
