    Now Doc can you make a video about Yoga Nidra what happens when we do Yoga nidra ,What chemicals are released in our brain and body also what happens to our Aura after Yoga Nidra .

      Peripheral nerves grow very slowly at 0.1 mm a day. Try to optimize nutrition .

    Erceisse karo or osho or jiddu kirshmurty ko sun lo apki sari problem stress khatm ho jayga ye darma he kuch karna nahi bas stress sttess a gya ye usa se 😂
