- Welcome to another episode of Scrap Mechanic Multiplayer Monday! Today we are doing the max power challenge! We have to use 4 thrusters hooked up to our seat set to max power as well as our engines. It will take a lot of work to stay in control on this race course! And this time there is an explosive ending!

Idea for a race!
The Connection Race:
You can't use seats, buttons, sensors, hammers, spudguns, or any other way to interact with your car! The only way you can interact is with your connect tool. Connect engines, controllers, logic, thrusters, etc to logic gates to turn them on. So the winner is the one with:
A) The smoothest ride
B) The smartest connection placements
C) The fastest reaction time
D) The least server lag
Clearly, server lag is a big issue, but it could be neat. Try it out!

Scrapman's crafts are the coolest looking and efficient.
Challenge idea: Each of you makes a tile in the map editor for a racetrack plus one chosen from the workshop. These tiles shall have racers enter from the bottom and exit to the left so that when they are put together in a square shape they make one full racetrack. You will have a week to create the tile, and as usual have 15 minutes to build the vehicle. First to complete 3 laps wins.
You should call this the Homer Simpson challenge because in one episode homer changed his name to Max Power;)

I think a max power drag race would be awesome. But here's the catch: you have to stay on the ground. You fly off the ground, or off the straight track, and you lose. Best 4 of 6, 4 thrusters, no more than 3 engines, and suspension tweaks allowed between races, no other modifications or additions.
Multiplayer challenge mode would be amazing.

I'd love to see a race with larger vehicles. I don't know how big you can get without running into lag issues but the bigger the better. I wanna see vehicles the size of a house racing eachother :D
You should try an artificial low gravity race. Use randomly timed thrusters to make your car neutrally bouyant. I've already made a fun Moon Buggy that's a challenge to race when using Moon Gravity Mode.

Do a multiplayer Monday that’s kinda like that sonic car game where you hit a checkpoint and transform into another type of vehicle
Ex: you hit the checkpoint as a car but afterwards transform into a plane/boat
Sonic all star racing transformed I think that's it
I've noticed that (most of the time) Scrapman is better at just straight up racing a course pretty fast, while not being that good at more complex mechanisms or puzzle/dexterity- focused challenges.

Hey scrap man, you know the spider thing from american ninja warrior. Your vehicle has to jump from the ground and push out against two glass walls. Navigate the course. Then drop down and drive the do the same again for the second half of the course. Maybeeven make the finish line after a small vertical bit

I would have recommended to put your thrusters on your wheel hubs after suspension and leaving them on all the time. That would look as if you all were going at speed x2 or more

Thats better when you have the trusters on your wechiles front because its pull your wechile so its mutch controlable.

UFO challenge, you have to take cows, and take them to your box. The one with the most cows when the tine ends wins
Use thrusters for a flying challenge where you fly through hoops in a custom map. That will be fun.

Your Max power car is so good
you should do a race but fighting eachother while racing with turrets and cannons and stuff
Set a thruster almost vertically on your car and pitch it to accelerate to various speeds from zero to 100% potential and put it off on jumps
Boom very stable (nailed to the ground) easy controlable car with a max power thruster
Hover challenge? Yeah ok it’s probably gonna be hard buuuut glitch stabilizers will be allowed and a extra hour for building (if required) and hover will be achieved using thrusters. Anything allowed as long as it doesn’t touch the ground and maintains a stable altitude. Another option is the no propulsion challenge. No thrusters, no glitches, no engines, and normal time.
Do a baseball challeng with kan and durf ever had a home run switches into a catcher and the other one turns into a pitcher
Random idea: Walker race 2.0 but this time the walkers can only have 2 legs
Loot box race ! Start with the same car and collect loot box at each checkpoint you must use all the parts within the box
Have you guys done a thruster powered car race? Maybe something where the thrusters are turned on at the beginning and you can't turn them off
How about build anything you can build and race a limitless race thats gonna be awsome
Your next challenge should be a destruction race, where on person mans a spud gun while the other drives. (you'd need 4 people but it could still work)
