I wanted to do this when the game first launched but all my buddy's told me it wouldn't work and my idea was lame, I'm glad you guys are proving them wrong
I’d like to clarify that this was done in a private lobby with my friends only, no one joined. I understand the confusion that my video might cause going up shortly after the reddit post but rest assured that this was made weeks prior to that and we are not the same people that killed a random joining an SOS.
The only thing is that idk if you could break through a Helldiver’s programming, but either way it would be cool. Imagine if you could invade the other sides missions. The only thing is that Helldivers 2 is designed for co-op, and it would be really hard to either program in pvp or two new enemy factions.

This is such a good video, a good idea and an even better execution. It’s amazing to see smaller creators making entertaining content that I watch all the way through without a struggle
I heard about this in Helldivers 2, sounds like it would be a BLAST with friends! Although you should play in a private OR friends only lobby, OR you specifically tell randoms in a public lobby what you are doing before killing them unsuspectingly.

I feel like it'd be cool to make extraction a grace period and the win condition instead being who got the most samples, and of what type. That might add more incentive to fight, and take other people's samples.
You should make it so you can shoot the other divers in the pelican, that way it’s a risk to get into it. You would have to be confident that the other divers couldn’t make it in 20 seconds and kill you.
There was a 2v2 pvp discord i was apart of briefly and was really fun. Id love to discuss how we did it and the ruleset. It was really fun and maybe you could make a video using that ruleset as well!

They were pretty toxic and banned me for speaking out against them banning someone else that beat them in a couple games in a row, ie they were sore losers. Anyways, it would be much easier to explain it in either ingame or some discord that you own or are in.

did something like this a couple months ago with friends, except we just used a build randomiser so we cant go meta builds and did last one standing best out of 3. had a blast, would do again

@@MrPieguyDaBoss I used to main the incendiary breaker before and no matter the amount of damage i’ve inflicted on them, they’ve closed the gap to ragdoll me. It’s not that deep, I just like and prefer the SMG.
You guys should tell the rando's joining your SOS's and your lobbies that are open because there's only three of you that y'all are playing some dumb shit so that way they can leave and not get team killed when they don't want to...

The lack of HD2 pvp vids is sad. Out of the 100+ hours in game, the 90 minutes of “Fight club” are possibly my favorite memories.

Imagine if a revolution started in helldivers 2 and players could pick a side.
That would be pretty interesting.
