Depends on how you like your fit. If looser then go with the size 6. If you're into a one-to-one fit then a size 5.5. As always if you can try them on first then that would be best.

In my country Nike don’t sell half sizes. So it’s either a uk 8 or uk 9. I wear a uk 9 on other shoes other than Air Force 1s. And uk 9 airforce is a bit loose for me. Shd I get uk 8 or make do with the uk 9?
Hola, depends on how you like your shoes to fit. A whole size down for my foot would be a rough situation. It's safe to go with a 1/2 down but if you can try them on first that's always your best bet.
If I get a size 12 in Nikes my toes right to the tip and they a lil tight but if I get a size 13 I got a lot of toe room and so for air forces should I get a size 13 I got a really wide foot or should I get size 12.5
They run small… I wear size 43 and almost all sneakers are ok in that size tods, hogan, Santorini is 42.5 ok , Nike AF1 I needed to take 44.. , 43 is too tight and small

@YourMommaDotCom I remember when I bought them last year on my usual size they were too big, sent them back and ordered them half size smaller and they fit well

In your case, I recommend going to a store and trying both sizes on.
I am comfortable using Vans size 8, if I buy AF1 what size should I take? i prefer a little looser
If you prefer a looser fit then true to size would probably be best. If you can try on a pair a first then that would be the best bet.
