Fun fact: The original organ used in the movie and later displayed in a walk-through exhibit at Disneyland, was eventually repurposed as the organ in the ballroom scene of Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion.

I have spent some 60+ years adoring this piece of music, Whilst there have been many interpretations of the music, from absolutely classical to heavy rock, with electric guitars, I am yet to find a version that I do not adore.. I do wish that devotees of classical music would open their minds to modern interpretations. Remember, many renditions of classical music were scoffed at , at the time they were performed, Also remember that "Wellington's Victory", by Beethoven , was written to be played on a machine!!!!!

It is very hard to Bach justice on anything other than the instrument his music was written for. However, if Bach had to hear this he would be thinking of a million more possibilities for bending multiple scales to his will. Thanks for showing my favourite composer some love!

WOW. you actually are using all the Elements in T& F in Dm and making an interesting version with some recombinations, of the Toccata with the Fugue, and a couple of modulations not in the original ! Very well done, if one likes this idiom, & even well done musically in terms of harmonic inventiveness, and skillfully blended parts.

As an ex-rocker (bass guitarist) and classical music lover, I liked that!! I feel that if Bach could hear and see that being played, he would not be able to wait to see what sounds he could produce of that array of instruments. Not for the purists, but fortunately, I am not a purist! Love it!

Didn't we produce some great music in the seventies?
If you dig this I can highly recommend Kaipa's "Sattyg" from 2014. Lots of excellent synth work, violin, recorders, vocal hamonies and one of the best guitar players Sweden has to offer, Per Nilsson.
