HI Thanks for this gr8 video. I have a quick question. My I-130 F4 category was filled by my sister in sept 2017. THe status still shows Case was received . Case processing time shows 49.5 months for california center. But it has been now over 6.5 years the case is still not approved. COuld u plz let me know what needs to be done rto expidiate the case ?

Thave a question. I just became citizen applying through USCIS account and now started trying to apply N-600 for my kids. The website says kids under age 14 cannot have USCIS account and have to do from parents' account. When I do that, all the information asked is of me and not of my kids. When I put in their DOB, it won't accept it coz the account is already been associated with my account when I applied for myself earlier. How do you apply N-600 for kids under 14 years old through parents' USCIS account?

The current priority date for f4(Sibling petition) in India is 2005 and your priority date is 2015 ,thus it will take approximately around 10 years maybe more or maybe less depending on the speed of the backlog process.

I still don't understand any of this....why can't they just give you an actual estimate. This whole system is a joke. they say 14.5 months but, it is actually not 14.5 months....
