What if aged out son's case is grandfathered or filed April 30, 2001. Will character reference letters help justify his character as well? Do we need to file another DS260 if his immigration visa will be reviewed and hopefully re-considered? Thanks

My son has aged out. Our F3 petition was approved on April 30, 2001. If I am not mistaken, we were given an email that visa numbers were not available at approx 2008 or 2009 and now that the interview email was sent, my eldest son who is now 35 YO has been taken off the list despite the paid petition receipt which I received just this year. My mother and I immigrated here I was five years old when she brought me she hired a lawyer to fix her papers through nacara Around the time that my mother was going to the interview for her green card we went and talked to her lawyer and asked her if it was OK for me to get married and if it would affect in any type of way she made my mom believe that my mother-in-law were two different cases when it was time to go to the interview the lawyer did not go and I ended up going to Translate for my mother the agent asked me at that meeting if I was married and I said yes the agent told me if I can get divorced in a couple hours and I said why the agent explained to me that my mother and I were one case since I was brought to this country as a minor and that if I wasn't married I would've benefited by my mom getting her green card I would have automatically gotten my green card I told the agent that I couldn't get divorced because I just got married and I was unaware of the benefit I filled that the lawyer would held that information from my mother and I specially because we had consulted with her prior to me getting married 20 years later I hired her to fix my papers through my wife we paid her in full before she started my case I told her that if she can get me a work permit so I can get to work as soon as possible and she told me that it wouldn't be necessary because the marriage process was going to be fast I had told her that I needed her to look into and I explained the situation to her that had happened when my mother and I went to that interview she disregarded my advice and did everything backwards she went through marriage and pretty much got all the way through the process and then she close my marriage case and followed my advice and went with nacara and barely now she filed the paperwork for the work permit I felt that if she would've listened to my advice it would've saved me all this time and if she would've been honest I've would've had my papers 20 years ago please advise me what I can do I am lost I feel that she is slow dragging my case the last that we went to she asked the judge if she can move the court date sooner because she was about to retire the judge had given us a date of 2027 for the next court date the judge told her to file the petition and explain the situation and that they would accommodate her with a sooner datethe court date was seven months ago I called her and emailed her and she has still not filed the paperwork to move my court date to a sooner date please give me some advice I am lost and don't know what to do I feel that she was negligent and deceiving

tried sending form I-765 to the Address meant for replacement of Lost Card which is "USCIS Lee’s Summit Production Facility Attn: I-765 Replacement Cards 7 Product Way Lee’s Summit, MO 64002 But the USPS Agent told me the address is not recognized of their system at the Post Office😏
