Hi Sir the Visa bulletin has passed my priority date which is October 3, 2010, F3 I have not received any email for me to upload my documents, in other words I am still waiting to be documentary qualified. Can you say how long from now the portal will open for me. Thank you for your usual assistance

They have made two graphics: Graphic one for the ones waiting their visa OUTSIDE the US.
And Graphic 2, is for the ones waiting to adjust status INSIDE the Unites States.

My interview appointment date in August and I will be turning 21 in July, one week to my interview appointment will I be eligible for immigrant visa. My case is F2a.

Thank u for your video who is very helpful , we follow your advise to manage our case with the embassy and NVC and we see the result .
My husband was current at juin 01 ( our PD was 25 July 21 for a F2A visa )
When the June visa bulletin was Released at May we have contacted the embassy to ask them if they are busy and if we can ask the NVC to send my husband case « 2 days after they told us we don’t have your case yet and we can’t do nothing whithout his case , but at july we will have availability for the interview » I screen the mail and I send to the NVC ,
And at June 5 we have received his interview letter from the NVC for July 10th at Paris embassy .
The interview ended with congratulations sir you’re visa is approuve . And now the status is ISSUED 🎉🎉🎉🎉
We started this process at July 2021 and he got is visa a at July 2024 !
