5. Hi sir a few weeks ago I ask you how to add my new born baby to my application because I have my interview and the baby was not added when I became documentary qualify in 2021. You told to do a inquiry and contact the embassy, I did exactly so and the embassy contacted me and add my baby and told me to bring baby birth certificate and passport and I must bring the baby to the interview as well. I want to thank you for your help you are doing a wonderful job. I'm also F1 category priority date April 2015 , documentary qualify 2021 , interview date June from Jamaica

I (permanent resident) have included my 2 unmarried daughters under 21 with my wife i130 petition. Now they are in US on ESTA expiring on June 30th and their Dates for Filing is current in July 1st but their 130 petition is" pending for approval". Can I file adjustment of status for them ?
