This helped remind me that Excuse needs more love. It's such a unique track, and it's just as powerful as anything else on Volume Alpha, but it's pretty much completely overlooked cause it went unused. Your rendition of it is fantastic, I love how it cuts itself off with a fake beat drop that never lands. Really cool.
I love that Sweden was almost the same as the original, can't fix perfection. Can't wait for the Sweden part of The End if you do volume beta, I might be in complete tears after that
Aaah, double nostalgia, man, this sounds amazing I think the one that hits the hardest (or not necessarily the one that hits the hardest, but rather the one I liked the most) was that Wet Hands remix, not only because it is a remix of Wet Hands obviously, but also because it sounds simillar to "Home", which (pun entirely intented) sounds right at home, it's really cozy, so that mix of both songs is a perfect combination
You know, many of these actually sound like something that we could see being added in modern Minecraft (considering that, lets say, Lena Raine wrote music for both Minecraft and Deltarune). Anyway, that just shows your amazing talent, so keep up the great work!

I just gotta say a few things about this masterpiece. I absolutely adore Chris having the Hotel feel, Excuse having the Uwa!! feel, and Wet Hands having the Home vibe. The absolute talent it requires to replicate such different styles while also having to remix a song is extremely telling of your talent and I am so impressed!!
Very nice to see actual remixes being made instead of the usual soundfont-slapping and called it a day. Also love how you also include the other part of Mice on Venus since a lot of people often refuse to believe that part of the song's existence.
Dry Hands in the Chrono Trigger piano should normally be calming, but because of its use in Undertale, it's slightly unsettling instead. Like nostalgia warped by this man's very presence in our thoughts. Wet Hands might be the best part of this, honestly. The most nostalgic track in the game, paired with one of the most emotional sounds in Undertale, is just perfect. Ohhhhmygod, Excuse in the Uwaa~ soundfont sounds like it's straight out of the OneShot OST... Amazing!! I never imagined that game's soundtrack to be in the Venn diagram of Minecraft and Undertale, but now that I've heard it here it feels so right to describe it that way. Aaaaa these videos are so cool!!
I hope this series gets around to the Volume Beta soundtrack! Theres so many songs in that collection that are a lot more experimental and groovy in a way that i think would lend well to the undertale soundfonts, extraordinarily so. Keep doing this at your own pace though, these songs are quality recreations and I’d be more than willing to wait a while to listen to some amazing remixes of some of my favorite songs!
this project once again continues to astound me and tug at my heartstrings. excellent work. once you're done with volume alpha, would you consider doing volume beta with the deltarune instruments? volume beta has always been my favourite of the two so it would be lovely to hear. also can't wait for the droopy likes your face cover (presumably using the voices from abc_123_a.ogg and the deltarune intro?)
volume beta with deltarune instruments is something i'd definitely consider, BUT deltarune isnt remotely finished yet, so i don't want to do one and then miss out all of the tracks from later chapters which will probably be as iconic as the ones we've already got - so what i will *probably* do is split beta into 7 videos and do the songs from each chapter as each part, then finish off with alpha as a finale
@oniflora sounds like a great plan!!! pacing yourself with the chapter releases also means you won't burn out and will have time to work on other stuff as an added bonus :)
