Quick Healthy Chicken Cutlet Recipe | Diabetic / Keto / Paleo / Low Carb / Bachelor Diet Friendly

- Chicken Cutlets are one of the easiest dishes to make because chicken mince is readily available in the market these days. You can freeze the mince with seasoning in one-meal portions. To eat it for breakfast or lunch, simply shift one portion to the fridge side one night before. And to eat it at night, do the same that morning.
Serves 2 to 3
Ingredients:
Chicken Thigh Mince - 500g
Onion - 2/ 125g
Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup
Egg - 1
Panko/ Bread Crumbs (optional) - 1/3 cup
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Garam Masala (3g star anise + 5g cinnamon + 5g cloves) - 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
MSG - 1/8 tsp (a pinch)

Hi health conscious people, I think many of you are watching without the audio. The audio tells you which ingredients you can skip. So if you are on a particular diet you can simply skip the ingredient and the dish will still be tasty.

Do you think this will work in an airfryer? Also, will skipping the bread crumbs result in a crumbly patty? Would love to know your thoughts.
Hi @Sophia Stephen, yes I think it should. We're going to try it in the air fryer soon so we'll get back to you on that. As far as the bread crumbs are concerned, no, skipping the bread crumbs should not result in a crumbly patty, but it may not be as juicy as with the bread crumbs (because bread crumbs do the job of absorbing and retaining the moisture). We plan on making this without crumbs in the air fryer so we can get back to you on this point as well. 😊
Is bread crumbs keto and Paleo friendly?
Hi, no it isn't. So for keto and paleo diets you need to remove the bread crumbs. It tastes just as good. But the texture will be more firm than with bread crumbs.
Can u mention how many calories
Hi @cud dach I'm sorry, we will not be able to do that. Calories can only be given by a professional. And calories are measured based on the kind of ingredients you use. In this case it is mostly meat. Now the calories will change quite a bit depending on whether you are using mince made of chicken chest, chicken legs, full chicken, and how much chicken fat has been added to the mince. This is also true for bread crumbs. Are the crumbs made from bread that was made with butter, or oil, milk or no milk, etc. What I'm trying to say is, in truth you can't actually calculate the number of calories you are consuming unless done scientifically. You can only find out the calories for raw vegetables and fruits (and that too if you are eating them raw).

Is it? So sorry that it was misleading for you, but in our side of the world 'patty' and 'cutlet' are interchangeable.
Its not keto friendly.
Hi @Zain bread crumbs is the only ingredient that is not keto friendly in this dish. They can be skipped. Without bread crumbs it is completely keto friendly.
But Keto is a high fat diet and this dish is not fatty. So for the fat you'd require to eat it with a lot Mayo, butter, or any other fatty condiment
